Skipper:
Is the mastermind of covert ups and is paranoid. He views everything as a military operation and has driven him to prepare for nearly any situation. He has only one thing that he is afraid of needles.

Kowalski:
is the group's strategist and gadgeteer. Ant is a brilliant inventor, but he can't read. That's why he carries a clipboard. (Upon which he records by drawing their plans.) He over analyzes situations. And is afraid of going to the dentist.

Rico:
Is the team's weapons and explosive specialist. Who mainly communicates through grunts and squeals but can speak rather normally. He is slightly unhinged. Rico is a Psychopath and is in a relationship with the doll called Miss Perky.

Private:
Is emotionally sensitive. English accented rookie of the group. He's younger and less experienced than the other Penguins. He's the most down to earth and tend to offer simple solutions in response to Skipper and Kowalski complicated strategies. He is interested in unicorns, as shown by his love for the show called 'Lunecorn'. He is called multiple nicknames like 'Dollface', 'Operation Lunecorn'.
