(Kogu-POV)
The fight became a blur of melee blows, speeds that defied the norm, there was no time to blink or you'd be struck by making a mistake. Baby's power continued to climb, there was no doubt about it and while his own also rose due to the mutated Saiyan genes that granted me the legendary status, from the Saiyan Kron that was half his fusion. After the fusion… the ability to reach 'Super Saiyan Five' from one all the way up and also the other transformations here and there that made up the two who made him. Kogu rose his power prior to this renewed conflict, finding himself more able to keep up with the speed and strength that was constantly rising from baby, but he wasn't stronger and found himself being overpowered.
'If I don't something fast, I'll be overwhelmed. 'Super Saiyan Blue' then… Let us hope it works to my liking and I don't fall out of the fusion.' Kogu took multiple blows in quick succession, the frown and serious expression upon Baby's face slowly vanished from the time this fight had renewed and every second after, it was clear he was also in awe of his own body.
"Hahah! What a loss. An epic transformation… and with two people joining to boot! Much like me, but you primitive monkey's aren't like me, and with this body I shall eventually get to that high point… and end you!! Then I'll kill them too, except for the-" -Baby paused as the air around Kogu begun humming from a slow, long pulse and getting louder, the air around his silver and green aura begun to fluctuate with blue also, then in sudden pulse, Kogu activated 'Super Saiyan Blue' in tandem to 'Super Saiyan Five' and the already activated 'Wrathful State'. The air around Kogu rippled, sending shock wave after shock wave to all around him, hammering home and even making baby pause in his approach… also blinding.
Kogu sensed himself, the next level of strength that radiated from him was also a double-edged sword, for he most probably had also lost an amount of time for the Potara fusion.
He would act quickly, hopeful that his raised power level would be enough.
Kogu's Ki, electrified loudly around him, he flickered forwards and with quick-overwhelming speed, met baby head on. Baby maneuvered easily enough, seeing a difference in Kogu's strength though found himself still smirking, he cackled as much when he made to guard himself from a blow and then grabbed onto Kogu's arm with a sneer.
"The fireworks didn't work out for you hairless ape. Too bad… for you! A pestilence like you is only is better off eliminated for the betterment of the future Tuffle hegemony!!!" in a burst of speed, Baby placed his right hand upon my chest and was in the process of blasting me there and then when Kogu stuck the underside of his arm and the beam, a flaring red and pink blasted upwards, the beam twenty times the size of Baby. He smirked, then with quick fingers he cackled as the beam, rising upwards into the air then came downwards in a long-turning arc. Kogu the beam race passed Kogu, where Kogu found it was heading for his allies.
'Damnable abomination! That beam is just fast enough for me to reach it at a point before it lands where they are. Move… you fools, move.' Kogu took to the sky but in a split-second decision found he forgotten a much better technique to reach them, 'Instant Transmission'. Using it, he appeared where the others were, Kogu eyeing them queerly when he realized they were in two groups, he quickly turned and positioned himself for a powerful interception of that beam, shouting loudly.
"Get to another position! Move, now!" whatever they were doing, their energy swirling around them, they halted their powering up and maneuvered to… they came upon Kogu, the other group surrounding Mira, a hand each onto either Mira's shoulder to upper torso continued to stay where they were, finding themselves a bit out of the area of impact, though not the explosion should it blow. They were… transferring their energy Kogu believed, to Mira…
'That is the right thing, I find that if they were to transfer their energy to me, I'll come apart at the seams and lose the fusion. Thanks to knowing what I know of the Potara earrings from Goku's knowledge of them, I would most likely gain a power boost… and then either explode into the who made me or-' Kogu was interrupted a moment after, the beam came down upon him, his feet digging into the earth, the cliff he stood on immediately came apart as he was dug into it, pushing as hard as he could while everyone was forced to scatter, stopping their power transfer techniques or gathering their energies for such a move.
Mira came upon him a moment after, with both hands and fully empowered, he also reached for the beam and helped somewhat in steadying the attack long enough for Kogu to correct his stance, constantly maneuvering as rock and debris continued to cave in under him, being pushed through the hill and deep into the outer layer of the planet. Reaching bedrock, Kogu and Mira held onto the beam, Kogu looking towards him.
"Hey Mira! Tell the others, do not transfer their power to me! I'm not sure about how long until the fusion ends, tell Vegeta! Now!!!" Kogu shouted, his grip on the beam fully realized as his stance was fully supported by the bedrock of the ground, even as his feet continue to dig deeper into it. Mira glared, his arms shaking a lot more than Kogu's and he, with annoyance, nodded. Flickering out of the area for a moment, Kogu felt when Mira afterimaged back into near where Kogu stood, speaking with an arrogant tone.
"I've been empowered… I will be fighting, at your side… Kogu was it? Hmph!" he grunted out upon immediately retaking his position nearby, with his help we began pushing the beam upwards and we began floating out of the thick dug-in trench-line that went deep-
"-Can't have that now can I! haaaaaaa!!" Baby called out, from the left, appearing there in a blur, his hand already risen with a pink-colored Ki-blast in hand. Mira took the brunt of that beam we were continuing to hold at bay, now realizing why the beam had soon stopped being a problem of continuous energy being fed into it, Baby cackled as he seen our faces.
"Hold it Mira, show me your resolve to barge into my bout!" Kogu called, flickering over and intercepting the sphere that was thrown right for Baby's own blast, Baby laughing once more, his other hand then rose with a swirling vortex of pink Ki already forming that same attack.
"Yaaahahah hahahah yaaahhahahah!!!!" he unleashed a volley, gaining some distance by drifting upwards, Kogu's own beam aimed at him, he threw when the first hundred blasts were incoming, Kogu's beam destroying hundreds of blasts as it travelled right Baby. Some Ki-blasts were controlled, poised to strike at the beam of Baby's which Mira was struggling with and as the first one impacted while Kogu's own beam struck right in Baby, Baby's beam detonated. The explosion tore a whole lot of the planet up, no doubt about it but Kogu was blinded from the unleashed explosion that begun to spread out into a wide diameter, Kogu's own beam forgotten now as he flickered away from the blast radius.
'Damn… The sheer power.' Kogu flickered upwards, another explosion detonated to his right, Baby heard cackling as he was engulfed. Mira, burst forth through the top of the exploding pink dome of energy that continued to spread, the sky darkened and only illuminated from the constant bursts of lightning cracking all over, windswept landscapes were beginning to be covered by debris and the dome's expansion until it came to a full-stop.
Kogu flickered for Baby, engaging him in a burst of anger, speed-enhanced to meet this great threat, baby quickly engaged with Kogu, their brawl tearing up the lands that were still in the process of falling around us. Baby easily caught up, his power enabling him to keep up with Kogu and once more, their melee battle was at a stalemate, with no one so far able to gain the upper-hand.
Baby made his latest punch, one which Kogu aimed, intent to knock right into his abdomen in the beginnings of a combo, pass right through him, the momentum and Baby moving behind him right through him with intangibility, then knocking the back of Kogu's head with a aimed blow from Baby's elbow. Mira begun engaging the Tuffle monstrosity next, his own power put him at a level very similar, very near to Kogu's own, Baby easily combing him which made Mira more irritated. Mira was getting stronger though, a glow which Kogu noticed from when he was surrounded by the others had become more pronounced, the aura a cloak enshrouding his body only seen because it was a very different color than his blackened-blue Ki.
'They are empowering him even more. Good, he's the only one who can be empowered through that way. They do that to me and I could well and truly be undone here and now.' Vegeta was the one who also knew the intricacies of the Potara earrings, and the time limit which could be shortened... whenever the fused gets even more power within them.
'Alright Mira, you hear me. We need another strategy, or else Baby is going to gain even more power the longer this goes on. I've an idea… hear me out.' Kogu concentrated, mentally communicating with Mira through the use of telepathy, Mira's thoughts replying back a moment after.
'...Quickly, make it fast.' his annoyance was passed through the telepathic connection and Kogu chuckled aloud, replying mentally.
'Won't be much of your time, also looks like the others are empowering you also… You'll be the weapon here and I'll be the distraction.'
(Piccolo-POV)
"Idiot, it is a good thing you remembered that little detail you fool-" Vegeta grunted, his tense grinding of his teeth ended as he barked out through Dabura's mocking words, though before he could form a word through the grunt Piccolo growled out instead.
"-Enough! Concentrate on pouring all over your energy into Mira. He is the one who will need all of our help. Also keep a grip on your Senzu bean encase Baby makes a move towards us once more, he just might come after us should he learn how Mira is gaining his power!" Piccolo ground his own teeth, his right hand tightly coiled around the one Senzu bean allotted to himself. Everyone of them had one each, they had five left in the Senzu bean bag afforded to them via Kron and Bulma's with Korin's help to grow them, the last three were there for encase Mira, Goku and Kron needed them.
"We remember but man… look at that pit, it is erupting. Also discharging energy from the core… Namek is on the brink." Tien frowned, his head nodding towards the gigantic crater that begun to glow red, filling with Lava that were bursting forth. Nail and Piccolo himself were enraged from the damage, though Piccolo understood that the Namekian dragon balls could be used… or they could use the black star dragon balls, once they track them down again.
That damned Ultimate Shenron… I should have, uh… ordered him or something, since it was 'I' who technically gave him existence… Piccolo thought with reserved anger, his anger fading as he concentrated on the task of giving his power to Mira.
'It's a long shot, but with all of us giving Mira this strength, this Baby can be destroyed… once and for all." Piccolo barked out, his eyes darting from the windswept and chaotic lightning-covered battlefield, his eyes widened with a plan he came up with just then, remembering a Key detail about Mira.
'We should get Towa… She has that ability to empower those she chooses with her magic…' he glanced at Dabura, then speaking just when Dabura noticed his intense stare.
"...Dabura, can you- actually… scratch that. Hey King Kai! You're watching up there, idiot!!" he growled loudly, shouting towards the sky like a madman, the others bar Cumber, Vegeta, Sixteen, Pikkon, Chiaotzu who was in constant use of his telekinesis in support of Kogu and Mira… and Zangya turned their attention to his shouting.
Piccolo, his teeth grinding in his mouth, standing there whilst looking upwards, his attention torn between glaring at the sky and empowering Mira over yonder, waited for King Kai to respond… it didn't take much more than a few seconds, insulting him was fast at garnering attention.
"Y-Yes I am here P-PICCOLO!! you OAF! W-what do you n-need!!!?" he stuttered out loud, his voice telepathically protruded through time and space, appearing to them as a voice to be heard with their own ears, Piccolo's ears twitched at the 'oaf' comment but he let it slide.
"King Kai! Get into contact with Towa back on earth, tell her that she come here! Tell her to leave the brat of hers and come here quickly, else her newfound husband and her son are going to be put into the dirt soon enough! We've need of her unique talents." Piccolo shouted, those around him, Tien, Yang, Pyrrha, Qrow, Raditz looked hopeful and impressed at the idea while Seventeen, Nouva and Nail nodded in agreement. Zangya growled out, her way of an agreement while Vegeta scoffed as Dabura then added loudly.
"Tell her, to also bring more Senzu beans. She should know where they are kept by now, being one of the new woman in Kron's harem of-" Pyrrha and Zangya glared at him, Dabura pausing his words while chuckled deeply.
"You hear me King Kai! This is life or death!!" Piccolo ignored all the noise his allies made, ignoring their stares as he awaited King Kai's reply, of which had begun with a deep hum from King Kai.
"...Y-Yeah, I will get into contact w-with the demon woman promptly, need not worry you lot. Though I should also inform you that Turles and his Crusher Corps and his allies shall arrived in an eight hours, as far as I can see watching the two ships making their way through space." Piccolo rolled his eyes, narrowed and he thought with annoyance.
'If we don't get support from Towa and that exceedingly over-powered ability to empower those she chooses, we could all be turned to dust by this freak. Then Turles and his little goons will be next, either way… They are no problem we need solve right this instance.' he thought, Piccolo's eyes darting back to the bout, the explosions, one large and pink almost fading away while the smaller one launched by Kogu was in the process of dispersing.
"...Give me a moment then, I'll also ask Shin to allow Kibito to ferry her there for you all. Another fighter who can offer their energy for Mira. Also a sound plan, Mira… he seems to be able to handle such amounts of energy with ease… a frightening adversary-turned ally indeed-"
"-Enough! Just get to it, we're needed here to concentrate, not heed your pitiful advice." not Vegeta, as it was something that he would usually say but Cumber, the ancient Saiyan quick to anger, his Ki also beginning to blacken. Piccolo noticed this too, turning to him as they all felt King Kai's presence, or what presence he let them feel was now fading.
"Also you, I want you to enter that special form of yours. Kogu and Mira should be further empowered by it, though-" it was Seventeen this time who interrupted him, almost in a mocking way, laced heavy with irritation at having to be standing right near to Cumber at the time he shouted.
"-Remember, thanks to forehead over there, we're not sure how much more power that Kogu fusion guy can handle before his fusion is over. You, big guy, you better calm down yeah. Your 'Evil Aura' is leaking, and it is even starting to effect every Saiyan over here, it will be a few moments before Kron and Goku- Kogu… and Mira are effected by it." Seventeen had nodded towards Vegeta when he mentioned 'forehead', which Piccolo noticed Vegeta's incredulous stare while Cumber, his nose twitched, found himself breathing in a way as to try and calm himself down.
Cumber did so with annoyance at Seventeen, who just turned away from him and continued to concentrate on giving his unlimited power towards Mira, the only one there besides Sixteen; whom was not giving power, who didn't need a Senzu bean.
"Hey guys, seems Kogu and Mira have changed their strategy once more, see-" Tien began, Piccolo peering at Mira… in particular, his stance which looked-
"-That sly dog! He's using 'Special Beam Cannon' or 'Super Beam Cannon'- whatever one is which, seems this is their new plan of attack!" Piccolo recognized Mira almost immediately, the way within he now stood on somewhat solid ground nearby to the lava-filling pit, Kogu acting as the primary opponent and even doing his best to keep Baby's attention on him.
'Well whatever, even if I have to stand here and watch that bastard Mira use one of my own techniques to win this… I'll suffer through that- pride be damned. With the extra power being poured into him and when Towa gets over here, that piercing beam is going to go for the kill. Though I better warn Kogu from here, telepathy… That beam will only poise to pierce through baby and he'll be needed to be ready with an all-powerful wave of Ki, to fully eradicate 'every' piece of this Baby…' Grinding his teeth once again, he felt his antennae twitch, his telepathy getting him in communication with Kogu fast enough, feeling the difference of this Fused warrior's mind.
'Hey Kogu… You better make this work or else we're going to be all in the ground after Baby gets his hands on us. I recommend you ready yourself for a sweeping blast of Ki, like the 'Tyrant's Wave'… something that can quickly envelop an entire area with no sweat…' the moment after Piccolo spoke telepathically, he heard Kogu's mind reply back, a simple two-word reply.
