Simply put, as the fight begun in earnest, Baby was a lot stronger than my current self and I felt it with each blow he delivered in his sadistic way, each blow also followed by his mocking amusement. He was also getting stronger, no lie from him as he gloated with me, perhaps even with Cumber before and it showed, even as I was a mutant Saiyan, also getting stronger from each attack taken or given, his Majin body he so deeply manipulated into his new and improved humanoid form was credit to that new found strength.
Knocked downwards, it was clear to me that the planet will most likely succumb to disaster once more, even when it was clear our bout so far was more on the physical side.
"Surprised Saiyan, you are the one I would break for my almost dying. In fact I am pleased it is you beast, the strongest to die and I… Baby will enjoy-" he paused when I came upon him with a whole chain of flickers to close the gap, stopping myself from crashing into the ground below as I made my counter-attack. Baby flickered at the last point of my making contact, almost knocking a left hook into the side of his face when he maneuvered to a better position, out of my fists path and with maniacal laughter begun a harsh combo of punches to my face with his left fist repeatedly, his other hand readying a pink sphere of Ki.
My own fist came to intercept his left first, grabbing tightly and glancing quickly at the sphere that he fired in turn, my eyes glowed and I opened my mouth, the two beams from my eyes exploding upon the pink sphere. The detonation from the two attacks separated us for but a moment, my mouth empowering a beam and I launched it through the clouded explosion, the emitting light flickering repeatedly as dramatic, blinding flashes. The beam ripped through the cloud, breaching a hole through and was immediately halted by a grunting, screeching Baby.
Holding it at bay with an annoyed, screeching growling, Baby was pushed backwards within the air when Pikkon, Piccolo and Goku flickered into position behind him, using this moment as a means to inflict as much physical damage as baby allowed with his hold on the beam. My own mouth held at a dramatically widened way also poured more Ki into the beam, strengthening it while I prepared once again for another beam, 'Royal Spear' empowering within my two hands-
-Baby let the beam push him backwards suddenly, knocking his back into Piccolo and Pikkon while Goku flung himself upwards via kicking upon the back of Baby's head and Goku prepared his strength at that height while Pikkon and piccolo were knocked to a lower height. Baby's new position, he rose a hand while screaming some kind of shock wave-like technique all around him.
"Kron! Take this, let's try it!!" Goku appeared nearby while Baby rose one hand upwards and upon a second of doing so a small glint of energy appeared in a fierce glare of red light, then flickering violently as it's size continued to grow at a quickened rate. I caught the- what I thought was a Senzu bean, in order to refuel my power for this fight but instead I caught an earring. I quickly hovered up where Goku was, seeing another of the same earring in his right ear, he shouted out to me through the torrents of wind shuttering against the whole lot of us.
I looked at it and blinked, in-fucking-trigued.
Wordlessly, I was about to place it onto my ear when Goku called out to me, then shaking his head. I then heard him in my head.
'Kron, leave all but the 'Wrathful State' as you call it and into your base form for now. We need to have an equilibrium of sorts- I hate that word but yeah… we need an equal footing to be able to use this without much backlash. I'd expect the version of us at is the result of the fusion would then have access to everything.' Goku seemed pretty of himself, even stuttering of the equilibrium word with a cracked expression and I nodded mutely, quickly depowering everything bar the 'Wrathful State'.
Then done with powering down, Goku powered himself within 'Super Saiyan' and by feeling mentally his own power, I found that we were in pretty much as equal as we would be getting, then placing the Potara earring onto my left ear. The effect was immediate, while the planet continued to shake, worsening while Baby's energy also now to discharge pink bolts randomly up and down him and his enlarged sphere, in sight also were the increasingly common sight of lighting cracking loudly all around us.
Goku and I were nearby each other when the earrings pulse brightly, a shimmering light and also a radiant hum of energy emanated from them, loudly heard in my ears. A gravitational pull then emitted, swirling around the two of us and I recalled the fusion, seeing it happen with Vegeta and Goku enough times to know what is to happen next.
Within the blue energy shinning brightly around us two, as the planet more then doubled in it's intense quaking did Goku and I then turn to the other from the use of these earrings, then slamming into the other and with that, the bright light only gotten more blinding-
(Vegeta-POV)
Kakarot did it, he finally gotten that high and mighty bastard Kron to finally use the Potara earring fusion. What happened next, Vegeta and the other stand-a bouts nearby to him stood firm as two bright lights merged harshly in the distance where the battle was taking place. Pink and blue, Baby's attack continued to grow to an overwhelming size and the bright blue light from the potara earring fusion then begun to dissipate, now only pulsing around the newly formed warrior… whoever was created from the emergence of those two idiots.
Vegeta felt his right eye twitch for a moment, very angry with himself the way he was easily taken apart from that Tuffle monstrosity. The shimmering blue light silhouette then dimmed, revealing the newly fused Saiyan warrior, newly birthed to face against the creature they faced.
'Heh! The new fusion between them… looks exactly as I suspected him to look in appearance, nothing has changed besides that combined outfit and the lighter tanned skin. But the power I feel…' Vegeta's eyes widened, stuttering in sheer disbelief. Thankfully, the others among him were also gaping in shock, so they missed Vegeta as he too stared towards the fusion warrior. Tien, Yang and Chiaotzu stuttered among themselves, speaking through the howling cyclones smashing into their position on the hill overlooking the fighting while, Zangya and Pyrrha nearby were gasping like love-stricken woman. Mira, Dabura and Cumber charged forwards a moment after where Vegeta watched them go with annoyance. For Vegeta knew they wouldn't be a threat to baby… Not even Cumber could match him the first time and Vegeta? He also fell to that piece of Tuffle trash.
Nouva, Seventeen and Sixteen were next to charge forwards and Vegeta let out a huff, for those fools should have understood the position they were all in. Qrow and Raditz approached him while Nail continued to stand there, watching in anger at the carnage wrought to his world by that Tuffle, blasting off a moment later to offer what assistance a weakling of his caliber could offer.
"Vegeta, let's get out there. You seen the guys right? With our support, that creature Baby would be quickly overwhelmed and-" Vegeta, arms folded as he stood there, taking the continued explosive gusts of wind that threatened to blow them all away glared at Raditz, speaking with a sneer aimed at him.
"-Baby is not a crisis a bunch of flies could harass while he and… the fused warrior go at it. I gave it my best and he destroyed me with ease, even with my new boost in power… small as it was, I will be neither a threat nor a hindrance. Tell the others to get out of there, let those two scrap it out… I want to see what sort of warrior has been born with the Potara earrings. A battle without distractions… Come with me, get those idiots out of there!" Raditz stepped back once, though he with a shrug did follow along with Vegeta, leaving Qrow nearby with his scythe weapon struck into the ground, hanging on.
Nouva, Cumber, Mira and Dabura were busy powering up as Seventeen and Sixteen were already over with Piccolo and Pikkon while offering what support they could. Vegeta pointed for them, this closer position to the battle which renewed a moment after had increased the pressure of airflow and the lightning that was being effected by their melee brawl as they clashed.
"Idiots! You there, dragon! Dabura!… and you, bastard! Get out of here and let them fight it out-" Mira fired off a blast right for Vegeta, who whacked it to the side with his right hand, growling out in pain as he glared at him.
"-Shut it weakling." Mira hummed, a look of disdain on his face and he vanished in front of him, Nouva glared at Vegeta as he added while Dabura only smirked as he vanished a moment later.
"Do we look like we came here to watch a match? This destruction is an honor to witness… I will no longer stand aside while I can also offer such carnage to this creature… Grow a spine, Saiyan." Nouva afterimaged a moment after, Raditz flying past Vegeta and heading for the others as Vegeta blinked, enraged.
'S-Spine!! m-me!!' roaring out, he glanced towards the creature Baby, then turned his attention to… whoever 'that' is, suppose he needed to get this fusion's name and his anger at that moment, exploded from him. He roared loudly, though he imagined his position was hard-of hearing from the constant airflow pressuring him. Then like a switch, he reached his strongest form, 'Super Saiyan Primal/Four' and then like a switch, he his Ki around him fluttered with added blue energy from awakening his use of 'Super Saiyan Blue'. Further on, he then felt a 'click' within and remembering that form… 'Super Saiyan Five', he mentally reached for what Vegeta felt was all of his emotions at that moment and all the power that begun wafting around him in a shroud.
'T-There!!' like a switch flipping on in his mind, he felt something there… and reached, his Ki quickly changing from the harsh Red of Primal and the blue from… 'Super Saiyan Blue' and it begun to change with wisps of silver.
"Hahahahhahha!" his rage subsided, when at once the red was replaced by silver, the blue still strong, wisping through his aura engulfing him by a wide margin and Vegeta glanced down at his fur, once red… now white for understanding.
"That is… I known I would have gotten it as well! Nothing you can do Kron, nothing you can do Kakarot, shall be hidden from me-" baby flickered in front of him then, a brutal spinning kick to his face, the nameless-as of now; fusion warrior flickered in a moment after, catching baby's attention once more while Vegeta cracked the sky after a moment of falling, halting his fall further in a loud echo, a shock wave billowing out from him.
"forgive me… what do you go by anyway, monkey. Or should I call you a vicious monkey like the rest-" Vegeta heard as Baby, a vicious grin on his ugly artificial face exchanged words with the nameless warrior, whom at that moment replied, cutting off Baby.
"Call me… Kogu. Leave it at there monster, I know why you went after him. New power or not, he won't interfere and neither will the rest of them!" Kogu called out, glaring at the lot of them, saving Vegeta from his work and Baby grinned, cackling as he did while replying within a moment after.
"I was distracted… Kogu… you monkey, for Vegeta's ugly monkey mug was in my visual range. He looks like you… though still pathetically weak, why and I thought he was special." Vegeta felt his right eye twitch, thought he let the words slide off of him, now nodding with a maniacal smile on his face. 'Super Saiyan Five'… it was so much more, more than other power he felt and especially power with 'Blue' empowering him in tandem.
"OK… Kogu. Kill the monster, I'll need to view this fight while I study this transformation, see and test it's limits. Come you fools! He doesn't need you all, at least, not you as yourselves!" Vegeta shouted, his Ki bursting out around him in a inflamed way, more then tripling in size while he cackled, flying towards those others of which were still viewing the fight from as safe a distance as they could while also able to watch with clarity as they could.
"What do you mean by that Vegeta, and since when have you gotten that form." Raditz aligned with him a moment after, Cumber, Piccolo and Pikkon landing with him as Mira, Dabura and Nouva then landed afterwards and stepping towards Vegeta. Vegeta turned, glancing towards Piccolo as he shrugged, letting the Ki swirling around him to calm somewhat, the aura now a manageable size.
"Piccolo knows of what I speak, well? Don't you Namekian-" Piccolo glared, though a flicker in his eyes had him widen for a moment, replying a moment after.
"...Yeah… I think I understand. You mean to empower… Kogu? Right. Smart for a selfish bastard like you. But I can see it now, your in a good mood. What with that new form-" Vegeta coughed and left the form a moment after, conserving his power for now, also interrupting him as he did so. Nouva adding a moment after, a growl escaping his lips.
"...Do we have to watch? We could have helped. I didn't come here to sit back and watch-" not even looking in his direction, with folded arms now as Piccolo spoke over the shadow dragon's annoyance.
"-We came here to fight Turles and his Crusher Corps, not this guy. Besides, this one has already been killed… or we thought he was gone and now he came back. He needs to be destroyed, or he'll pose a threat to everyone who comes across him. Be ready, will need to transfer our energy should the need arise… Since we can't tell how strong baby is and sensing how strong… Kogu is, matching with that monster… and it still looks like they could be even." Vegeta was pissed off that the Tuffle creature was given such a high power… all because it stole that creature Hirudegarn's body or whatever had it bolster its abilities to this level.
"The planet is not going to take this, not for much longer. Damned shock waves… damned hair." Raditz was in a constant state of managing his wild mane, Seventeen replying to him with amusement, his own long hair also being kept out of his own face.
Vegeta kept in his position, rippling shock waves continued to ravage the land, blowing chunks of earth towards every which way, pink Ki exploded on impact with the planet whenever baby made the play with firing off his Ki, Kogu matching his blasts sometimes with his own techniques, the mix of his Ki collided with Baby or one of his blasts.
"Hey! Isn't been what, fifteen minutes now? I have no idea how long they have but it isn't much. All of you get ready to transfer your power. This would have been easier if Kron had brought Dabura's sister with him instead…" Vegeta remembered there was a limit to the Potara earring fusion, one which wasn't set at a set time but that the stronger the power being used by the fusion, the faster the fusion would burn out. Could be minutes before it happens."
"Let's do this then!" Zangya and Pyrrha begun before the rest of them, Tien calling out to Chiaotzu, getting into his own position to begin gathering his power.
"Hey Chiaotzu! Do you think you can meddle with Baby? Hold him through your telekinesis whenever uh, Kogu… needs the support, mainly against baby's ki techniques." Vegeta heard him while Dabura floated upwards again, this time intent to join in the fighting, turning to Mira as he did so.
"...Nouva, Cumber… will do the same but to Mira here. Mira is technically a Saiyan with his genome being made with Saiyan DNA, according to Towa and he will be best put to use with a power-up. There Mira, make your uncle proud and beat that creature to a pulp. Don't say I don't do anything for you." Nouva complied after a moment, still a little sore about not being able to participate but he went along with it a moment after. Cumber didn't complain either which was surprising to see, Vegeta knew that ancient bastard of a Saiyan would be one to complain. Seems his beating by Baby made him wise…
"if Mira is helping, we're better off splitting up into two groups, boosting the both of them while they go at that baby. I will volunteer for Mira as well. This battle needs to end; this Baby character is devastating to the planet." Nail growled out, also rising upwards and like Dabura, Nouva and Cumber, were placing their hand onto Mira's person, Raditz followed him up after a moment and wordlessly, almost with hesitance, did so too.
"I hear you, let me get in on this then. Seeing I won't exactly be a threat to this guy either." Qrow took out his weapon, harbinger out of the ground where it steadied him and it mecha-shifted into its smaller, sword. He then clipped it to his belt and stood behind Mira and away from the constant wind cyclones and debris being pushed their way.
So Dabura, Nouva, Cumber, Nail and Raditz begun to power up, then with some time their aura's rose engulfing them in a thin, almost invisible aura around them, the Ki inflamed around Mira's body, turning to Bluish-black as it entered Mira's own reserves. This was while Vegeta, Piccolo, Tien, Zangya, Pyrrha, Yang and Seventeen begun their own focus, more intently as they were transferring energy from over yonder… more challenging and focused then the immediate transfer that Mira was seemingly undergoing. Only Chiaotzu and Sixteen, the former with his blue glowing eyes from his telekinesis power had begun harassing Baby with his psychic power and the former being incapable of transferring his energy at all, being a cyborg stood as over watch.
