It could be possible to lure someone into a more suitable location or to catch them in a better location they would go to, but it would not always be like that, especially with a far more difficult target.
It was possible that other methods would have to be used to approach them and to get inside where they lived, just to be able to pull off the task.
Everyone who was a part of Cerberus would eventually reach a stage where they would have to face a large wall that was in front of them, where it would not be so easy to overcome it so they would get stuck where they were unable to progress any further.
It was usually then that they would find out that it would be as far as they could go and that they had reached their limits.
It was only those who were able to keep pushing forward and find a way beyond it that could find their way past it, but it did need a large amount of effort, talent and luck to play a part in it.
