Rosalie POV
Joe is my mate? How could this be! he was my best friend someone I confided all my emotions into someone that was supposed to be my friend that I could turn to if I ever needed to! What will happen now? Will I be banished from the pack? Or will Alpha Vix Slaughter me for even being his sons mate!?! I was having a hard time trying to understand why he would call me his mate and infront of the whole student body!
A knock could be heard at the front door and Rosalie hid in her room and pretended not to be home since her Aunt was on a business trip handling the packs internal affairs and would not be home until the end of the month. She knew it was Joe only because no one other than he would come to her house, she was so scared to open the door and see someone other than Joe there, his dad Vix would also be a possibility now that everyone knew she was his mate. Rosalie tried to calm herself down as the knocking continued, after what seemed like forever the knocking stopped and she seemed to relax a little after figuring that Joe had left she got up from her bed and walked into the hallway to peek out to the entrance of the house just to see if he had really left. To her surprise he let himself in the house and was walking to the living room in search of any life presence in the household, she ran to the storage room across from her room and shut the door gently as she locked it. The chemical smell was potent and she hoped it was enough to conceal her scent from his nose, she heard his foot steps walking near her room as he whimpered stopping at the entrance of my doorway, he went inside I could hear him rummaging through my stuff as I listened closley to see if he would leave soon. "This scent is fresh, Jay Jay maybe she didn't get far?, she needs to accept me as her mate and be marked as soon as possible!" I could hear the anxiousness in his voice as I sat in between all the chemicals hoping he would sense me. I could hear his phone go off and him growling in annoyance luckily that was enough to make him leave, from the tone of his voice I could tell it was his father who had called him, yelling could be heard on the other end of the phone, I waited for another minute then walked out of the storage room closing the door behind me, as soon as I went to turn around I felt something grab my waist and pull me towards them, I gasped out of shock as my body landed on something warm and firm. "There you are my mate, you almost had me fooled, I was just about to leave and I can't believe you came out when I turned to look down the hall once more!" I could feel his husky breath on my neck as his hand gripped my neck lightly forcing my face to look at him. "Joe I am not your mate, I am just your best friend." his growl was feverish as my body went limp in his arms, he kissed my neck lightly as a moan slipped out of my lips causing my face to turn a crimson red, my body was beginning to heat up as it centered down to my lower stomach region and he could smell my arousal at his touch which made him pin me to the wall and push his weight on me as his hands ran up and down my sides. Shiver ran down my spine as my hips moved on their own which caused me to snap back to my senses and push myself off the wall and push him off of me, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING JOE!" he looked at me disheartened at the words I said to him but it only made me more upset my hands balled into fists as I screamed at him "Get Out! Now!"
He looked at me upset and sadness in his eyes "Not until you accept me as your mate!, I refuse to be rejected so even if you do reject me I will not accept your rejection." my mouth hung wide open as I stared at the childish behavior he was displaying, he was smirking at me as if to taunt me. " I would never accept you as my mate! Don't you get it Joe! I am wolf less I would not be accepted by your father or your mother! They dislike humans!" he frowned as tears formed in my eyes, "Now leave and never return here!" I say as I walk to my room and close the door locking it behind me, I could hear him growl as he screams "You will accept me Rosalie! I will not allow any other wolf to have you! Your Mine!" and with that he left my house as I sat and cried myself to sleep from everything that happened today.
