Hey guys! Before the chapter I just wanted to point something out for those who missed it!
From now on any Hatsu that gets revealed in a chapter will be placed at the bottom of the chapter in full. I went ahead and added the gang member's Hatsu from chapter 3 but i'll post it here as well for those who missed it and don't want to back.

Nen Type: Emitter, Enhancer
Description: Allows the user to punch phantom fists that can travel and attack from long distances. These phantom fists are much stronger than normal punches, being able to knock out and even severely injured those unprotected by aura. Additionally, by punching with both hands at once, the user consumes a large amount of aura to summon a massive phantom fist capable of severely injuring aura users and killing those unprotected by aura.

"Well then, I suppose the first thing you need to know about Nen is what it is."
Machi, Nobunaga, and Uvogin were all listening extremely closely. If they had a pen and paper, Loki had no doubt that they would be writing his words down.
"The essence of Nen is the ability to manipulate life energy in the form of aura. This can be used for attack or defense." Loki told them as he got a bit more comfortable in his chair.
Uvogin and Nobunaga looked at each other, instantly seeing the heat in each other's eyes.
"After unlocking aura, there are four main principles that all new users must learn, which are Ten, Zetsu, Ren, and Hatsu," Loki spoke with a lecturing tone.
"These abilities will allow a practitioner's strength to skyrocket. You can enhance your strength, calm your mind, and eliminate your own presence. This doesn't even get into the more advanced applications…" he said with a smile.
Hearing this, the three of their eyes widened a bit. Just these basic applications in the hands of veteran combatants could raise their power ten-fold.
"After this, several advanced applications combine these four basic principles allowing us to perform different feats." Loki said before walking to Nobunaga.
"Can I borrow this for a second?" He asked while pointing at his scabbard.
Nobunaga saw this and nodded without thinking about it. Loki took the scabbard and backed up a bit before continuing.
"One advanced application is Shu. It allows the user to wrap their own aura around an object. No matter how dull or fragile the object is, once entangled in aura, it will become sharper than any sword and harder than a piece of steel."
Loki immediately infused his aura into the scabbard. Loki then gently pushed the sword into the ground.
In an instant, the scabbard began to sink into the ground like butter.
The pupils of Machi, Uvogin, and Nobunaga shrank.
"This is what aura can do when trained properly." Loki said with a smirk.
Loki finished his demonstration and handed the sheath back to Nobunaga before heading over to get some water.
Finishing up his quick lecture, answering any questions they had about the demonstration, he filled up a cup of water and brought it over.
Loki soon brought the cup of water over and placed it in the center of the table. Seeing this, all three glanced at the cup curiously when Loki placed a leaf on top of the water.
"What's the cup for?" Machi asked with a curious look on her face.
"This is for testing your Nen affinity, but it's not time for that yet I'm afraid. Any other questions before continuing?" Loki asked.
Uvogin quickly raised his thick arm up.
"How can we learn how to use Nen?"
Nobunaga also nodded along with Uvogin as he also wanted to ask this question.
"There are several unique training methods to practice Nen, but there are two main ways people start to learn. As long as you're ready, we can begin any time…."
Uvogin and Nobunaga once again looked excited, with Machi following behind. Loki saw this, nodded his head, and continued.
"There are two main ways you can learn. The first is the quick way which, while you can learn within a couple of minutes, without a high level of physical fitness, it will be extremely dangerous." Loki said with his everlasting smirk.
Uvogin and Nobunaga would be fine as they looked around fourteen to fifteen years old. Their physical fitness was already pretty good, but Machi currently looked much like a malnourished child.
You must know that people like the Zoldyck family train their children's physical fitness from a young age to help with awakening.
"The other way is that you can meditate for a couple months to open your aura nodes like me…." Loki said, glancing at Machi.
Machi heard this and didn't speak. She obviously understood the implication with her intelligence but didn't say anything for a moment.
"Is it impossible for me to do it the faster way if my physical fitness isn't good?" Machi said, looking into Loki's eyes.
"It's not impossible, but the chance you will die increases…." Loki said with his teasing smirk.
Uvogin and Nobunaga didn't bother to add to this conversation. They both understood the implications, but they wouldn't interfere. This was ultimately Machi's decision, and they would respect it.
"I want to learn the fast way." Machi said calmly.
"How utterly fascinating…" he thought to himself, looking at her calm, resolute gaze.
The calm gaze reminded him so much of himself and he couldn't help but wonder how far she would go. Loki didn't think she would die considering her talent, but he wanted to see how she would answer.
Hearing her answer however, made Loki's grin widen.
"Well then! Seeing as you have all chosen the quick way, I'll tell you a bit of the backstory. The way to learn nen is normally only passed to those who pass the Hunter Exam or reach the 200th floor of Heavens Arena."
"The people who learn after the Hunter exam learn systematically and safely while most who reach the 200th floor in the Heaven's Arena receive a rough initiation."
Hearing this, the three instantly realized just how valuable the information on Nen was and appreciated this more. Seeing this situation, made Loki smile to himself.
Looking over and seeing that the three were still somewhat lost at what Heaven's Arena was, Loki decided to explain.
"The Heavens Arena is a holy land for fighting with it being one of largest places in the world. There are over two hundred floors that gather fighting fans all over the world to challenge and claim victory over the other."
Hearing this, Uvogin and Nobunaga were somewhat excited.
"The floors below 200 are all normal fighters like you, and the floors above are the world of Nen users."
Uvogin clenched his fists and smiled excitedly.
"When I have a chance to get out of Meteor City, I must visit this place!" Uvogin said excitedly.
Machi fiddled with her hair, clearly uninterested about Heavens Arena.
"Although Heaven's Arena advocates strength, it is not without its rewards. The higher the strength, the higher the floor, which means you will get more money." Loki said, seeing that Machi was uninterested.
"Money?!" Machi said, suddenly becoming interested in the topic.
The original series shows how much Machi likes money, with her often staying in Heaven's Arena as a medical service.
"Why do many female characters in Anime and Manga love money so much…?" Loki thought with a snicker.
"Yes, you heard me correctly Miss Machi. Whether a person wins or loses on the first floor, he can get a bonus of 150 jenny, which is about the price of buying a can of juice. However, if you lose in the next game, there is no reward."
"If you win on the fiftieth floor, you will get about 50,000 jennies, and the subsequent floors will receive corresponding rewards according to their level."

Hearing this made them glad they hadn't gone to Heaven's Arena yet.

"The fast way is to have someone inject their own nen into somebody, activating their aura nodes. This method will allow you to access Nen immediately, but if you fail to quickly control your aura, you will die." he said with a smile.
"There is a third method I don't know about… The method I'm talking about is the one you can receive after passing the Hunter Exam, hence the two options I gave you."
All three stared at Loki thoughtfully and didn't dare to mess around.
"Let me say something positive to lift the mood. Although the second method is dangerous, there are no side effects and can even help in some cases." Loki said, trying to calm their nerves.
"So who wants to first then…?" Loki said standing up with a smile.
After listening, Uvogin had a big grin on his face.
"That's how things should be! If there was no risk in power like this, I might hesitate!" he said with a laugh.
Nobunaga, next to him, also nodded in agreement.
"It's not too bad. Our lives are generally harder, so the price doesn't mean much." Nobunaga said thoughtfully.
"I am not afraid of death either." Machi added with a firm gaze.
"Haha… very well then! Who wants to go first?" Loki said with a laugh.
