"You took the kids to the island. I suppose someone is taking care of them, right? Arranging everything so quickly proves that even if Group Leader Sutton isn't from the island, she knows someone there."
Polly Sutton wasn't really looking for an explanation from her, "No, I mean, why are you asking me this?"
She certainly didn't want to hear others analyzing her thoughts, trying to show off their cleverness, or whatever it was.
Grace Yates frowned at Polly Sutton, still thinking that this group leader might not have the best brains outside of her expertise.
"Nothing." Grace Yates said, turning around and leaving.
Polly Sutton raised her hand, scratching her head, feeling as if Grace Yates gave her a disdainful look as she left, right?
But she was normally asking why she was asking this?
