Another curtain of silence separated the anxious audience from the smirking Lightning Lord.
Everyone atop the lower platform stared back at Tiberius in question. In response, Tiberius glanced to a faraway rooftop. Except for Gina, each person on the platform tried to follow his gaze and spot what he was hinting at. And… they saw nothing.
"It is a great honor for me to introduce yet another capable man," Tiberius exclaimed, dousing the wildfire of murmurs.

A blitz of lightning streaked over the crowd, originating from the very direction Tiberius had hinted at. The cascade of bolts slammed into the fighting stage. Some people screamed as the attack was aimed at their city lord. But Tiberius remained still, keeping his grin for the entire city to witness.
When the lightning bolts faded the next instant, Tiberius was untouched. And a second man was standing beside him.
