I watched in silence as my reflection stepped out of the mirror. The reflection was of course wearing the same cloths as me but it holding a clearsky hammer. Thinking about to my brother's explanation of the dungeon I realized why. Apparently this dungeon is called a peak demi God dungeon. That means it has been made high rank demi God and low rank God. For the most of the dungeon everything is like a normal demi God rank one. That is until you encounter this boss which is supposed be a perfect copy.
Luck is on my side though since this guy wasn't able to copy martial soul's true form. My thoughts were interrupted however when the hammer came smashing toward the side of my face. Leaning back I narrowly evaded the attack. Using the momentum from his missed swing Mirror Hou aimed to attack again this time my body. Once again using my terrifying reaction speed I slid back as the hammer was inches from my chest.
Houjin:Whoa that was dangerous.
If it were before my break through this guy would have been a challenge. Now however I could crush him without even having to use a soul skill. Still since I want to see them in action I decided to activate Heaven's Supremacy. A golden aura wrapped around my body filling me with sense of infinite strength. At the same time an impulse to destroy everything in my path washed over me. Stomping on the ground I lunched myself toward mirror Hou.
Realizing it wasn't possible to dodge my copy faced me head on instead. I closed the distance almost instantly. Without anything to it I delivered a left straight to the copies face. It's hammer and my fist connected as a massive shockwave filled the room. My fist turned out to be the stronger one because I smashed the hammer to bits. Continuing on its path my fist also slammed into the reflections head. The sound of glass shattering filled the air as my copy was obliterated.

After reading those messages I went to collect my rewards. The illusionary mirror Alice was a ornate mirror with its frame designed to look like a woman. The most interesting thing about it is that the mirror has the presence spirit qi. Next I looked over the ore I received which oddly looked like a night sky. The ore was about the size of baby's head. Looking at the ore ideas of what I can use to make flashed through my mind for now I just stored it. After putting everything away I went to check on Kaede.
Houjin:Hey are you okay.
Kaede:Yeah I am fine but I didn't see that coming.
Houjin:Sorry after reaching the soul emperor realm I awakened my true martial soul.
I then explained to her that my current martial soul is actually 10× stronger than the ones before. When I first looked and saw my other souls gone I panicked. Even when fighting the boss I was worried however my fear were proven invalid. Turns out my former martial souls transformed into my new soul rings. The best part being I can still summon them in their previous states.
Before losing myself in thought I decided to leave the dungeon. Considering my system straight up announced it was updated I wanted to take a look. Arriving back at the inn we stayed in previously Kaede went to make us food. Meanwhile I sat cross legged going over the system. First thing I discovered was the store offered me different methods of cultivation. For example I can purchase something called a summoning grimoire. The new methods could be called auxiliary for my qi cultivation.
For the most part they were just techniques I could learn and use. Still for now I decided to focus on my soul cultivation so I brought some techniques for that. First I brought the nine turn of the dragon God like I planned. Then I also threw in a technique to use my spiritual energy to control objects for different purposes. I considered buying a weapon to go with it but since I already have the knowledge it felt better to make my own.
With my business finished Kaede and I returned to the palace. Along the way I noticed more than a few women staring at me like starved beasts. Some of them even had enough courage to walk up to me. When they would I just flashed a smile and they would faint. At first it was amusing but over time it started causing problems.
