The next day after our great time Druid woke up bright and early with a new found spring in her step. Mostly everyone wonder what had happened to her since last night everyone that is except for two people. One was my brother whos hearing is second only to my own which is saying something. The other was our peeper last night who now has a deep blush on her face. As for who it was the answer is craftsman. Seeing her trying really hard to not show her embarrassment was absolutely adorable. Still I settled for just teasing her. For the most part nothing happened in the morning except Rou and I finding out that we can only spar with each other. Due to us evolving our strength has grown exponentially to the point where we could harm everyone if we are not extra careful. So obviously we no long directly take part in training anymore. With nothing else to do I went to visit the workshop while looking over my system. I did not notice before but as a reward for defeating the giga horse and evolving I got a skill ticket. According to the system, skill lotteries gives me general purpose skills like hunting for example.
Another thing I noticed was my new marital soul automatically had its second ring although for some reason I can not use it. Even more interesting is that in the store I can now buy something called a soul bone. Soul bones exist by replacing parts of my skeleton and will enhance my martial souls with extra abilities. In my case I received a torso bone that remained dormant until I got a second soul. Finally after evolving I seem to be closer to nature it's self even being able to create fire and stuff. I realized this is because the great God of Nature and Souls is said to be tied to all elements that exist in nature. That being the case ,this means I can boost element type martial souls. After my fight against the giga horse my system held off on the rewards until I got back. Thus with my current points it is possible for me to buy a new soul. However that can wait because right now am practicing to see how much I can control my current Ice abilities. Eventually I made it to my brother's workshop where he was talking to the cook sisters about our clothes.
GoblinHou: Hey bro are you still having trouble coming up with some clothes. I don't get why don't you just throw something together and move on.
GoblinRou: Of course you don't get it Hou you have never been one to care about style. Still if I am going to use such a good martial then might as well make it good.
To be honest although I do not want to admit it he has a decent point. As the two of us continued our back and forth the sisters stood at the side laughing. Curious we looked over at them wondering what it was that is so funny.
Cook sister A: Sorry for laughing it is just that when we see the two of you like this you almost remind us of human siblings.
Cook sister B: Yeah, in all honesty it kind of makes it easier to talk to you.
What they said made sense after all until now Rou and I have always bonded over the fact that we were different. Even going as far as tell each other almost everything on our minds. Very quickly we began to really see each other as brothers. Since they were having funny we decided to leave the cook sisters laughter alone for now.
GoblinRou: Have you manged to get use to your new body yet or even discovered anything that can prove helpful.
Hearing his question I went on to tell him about my discoveries as well as my thought about what I should do next. When I finished talking a thoughtful expression appeared on his face briefly.
GoblinRou: For now how about you use that skill ticket to see if you can get a useful skill.
The idea has it's appeal since it can give me more ways to strengthen myself. Without any further delay I used my free skill ticket to see what comes out of it. Once again a wheel showed up in front of me and started to spin. A second later the wheel stopped on the picture of a hammer and anvil.
[Skill Smithing(lvl:1) has been obtained with it the necessary knowledge has also been installed into the host.]
While that message played in my head a surge of knowledge and information came with it at the same time. In a matter of seconds I knew all the basics of using a forge. The best part is that the higher my skill level the better things I can craft. Right now my current skill level is that of a novice. Excited I made my way to the forge where blacksmith and craftsman were discussing what kind of weapon to forge for me. Once they saw me walking through the entrance blacksmith gave me a simple nod ,while craftsman avoid eye contact. Wanting to tryout my new skill I asked them if I could use the forge. They agreed while asking if I needed any help or anything else. I told them to just stand off to the side to watch me work. I grabbed the hammer from the anvil and some ore and quickly went to work. After two hours of hard work I finished forging a small iron knife. My handy work may not compare to craftsman and blacksmith but it was pretty impressive for my first time. I showed my work to the two women only to get a lecture from them. Apparently while they were proud I forged my first weapon they still felt that my skills were lacking and needed correction. After that I spent the rest of the day being taught by my two new teachers. Good news though my ordeal was not for nothing Smithing rose 3 whole levels.
