"Wow, this place is a mess! I can't believe this place was once a shrine!" Ray yelled out as they entered the shrine.
"Yeah, Lord Farhan was not playing around," Frank said while looking around the place.
The place was covered with pieces of skeletons of all the monk that was massacred by Lord Farhan, broken statue everywhere, fallen pillars, and so on.
"Speaking of Lord Farhan, I heard his right hand man was killed in the incident, what was he doing there in the first place?" Ray asked.
"I am not sure myself, but the idea that the Rulers even interfered in the first place is by itself absurd."
"Perhaps they were scared, from what I heard, that monster killed the man in such a brutal way to the point that his body was unable to be identified."
"Well that man wasn't a good man so.. maybe he had it coming."
"So... what are we looking for again?"
"I... am not sure myself. I guess anything that linked to a birth process or something."
Out of nowhere a really bad smell entered Ray's nose. "What the, do you smell that?"
Frank began to sniff and immediately smelled it to. "That's.. that is not good."
They both began to approach the source of smell and found a dead body, to which belong to the monster's mother.
"A woman? Could she be-"
"The monster's mother?" a stranger's voice interrupted Frank's sentence.
Frank and Ray immediately turned towards the source of the voice to find a mysterious figure with an all white outfit with a robe and a hood that is covering his face.
"Who are you?" Ray yelled out.
The mysterious figure then began to spoke, "Please don't be alarmed, I too am just the same as you, trying to find the monster's origin."
"I am not buying it, who do you work for? How do you find this place and-"
"Is that a flashlight? Thank you, don't mind if I do," the man said as he, out of nowhere, appeared right beside Frank, taking his flashlight. He was so fast to the point Frank didn't even realize the man took his flashlight that he was holding. When the realization hit him, he immediately turned around to see the man crouching beside the body while observing it. Ray was much slower than Frank as he realized it a couple seconds later.
"What the-"
"Language," the man said as he stood up and faced both of them.
"Hai, my name is a bit too complicated for you, but you can call me Tiga," the man said as he offered a handshake to Frank. Frank shook his hand nervously and awkwardly but the man just kept on smiling.
"I am somewhat a theory lover, I love to hear many ideas that people come up with especially when it comes to prophecy. On this very ground, the Great Hagar Rodrigo died in the hand of Lord Farhan as he prophesied a being who will bring the end to all the immortals. But one of the things he said was that the being must come from this shrine, right? So to answer your question, I heard the news about the monster's appearance in this mountain, so I put two and two together and concluded that maybe.. just maybe they are both connected. So I went here to prove my theory and found her," Tiga said as he pointed at the girl's body.
"Wait, if you already found her before us, why didn't you report it to us, the SHR?" Frank said as he pulled out his badge, showing it to Tiga.
Tiga stared at them and continued, "Well I feel like you guys already have your hands full with all the stuff that happened today. Besides, I don't think you guys will believe in what I said so why bother, you know?"
Frank was rather confused but accepted it any way, "Fair enough, you said this body belong to the monster's mother, why is that?"
"That is a good question, to which I don't know the answer to."
Frank was once more confused and a bit upset at Tiga's words as he felt he was being toyed by him.
Tiga saw Frank's reaction and laughed at him. He proceeds to explain it to him, "I am a very gifted man, Frank Reece. You are talented at being invisible, capable of sneaking of even the best tracker in the world. I in the other hand, am talented at many things, one of which is the ability to know many things for no reason at all."
"Wait, how do you kno-"
"What did I just said?'
Frank was shut by Tiga's word. Tiga smirked and continued, "I also know that the monster is alive and you saw it didn't you?"
Frank was shocked by Tiga's statement, "Yeah, I... I do."
"Ow not again, how many times do I have to tell you, the monster is dead."
"Trust me, Ray Parker... the monster is indeed still alive."
It was Ray's turned to be surprised, "You... How do you.."
"I told you, didn't I? I know a lot of things."
