Unstoppable Punch
- Level 1
- A punch that ignores the defense of an enemy of equal or lower level.
- Level two requirement: Kill 10,000 Fallen with the technique.
The skill in the book was nailed into my head; after a thin ache, it was as if I had known how to use it since I was born. When I looked at my right hand, I saw that it had involuntarily formed a fist, and when examined carefully, a slight shimmer was noticeable on its surface.
I slowly opened it again and tossed the two copper coins in my hand into my pocket; at the same time, a voice echoed in my ears.
"You have earned two copper coins!"
A table would appear before my eyes once again; at the bottom of this table, which had ten empty slots inside, was the place where two copper coins were written.
"Alright, the inventory is unlocked too; it seems the pockets' limit is restricted to ten items!"
Maybe the pants I was wearing didn't serve as armor, but they had opened a ten-item slot for me; although I knew this wouldn't be enough as I progressed, it was better than nothing for now.
The region where the alcoholics were would be my progression point, so I observed this place for a while longer to see if there was anyone else with the same immunity.
How comfortable I was since I solved the time problem; it had been ten hours, but I was neither hungry nor thirsty. I understood that such earthly needs had no meaning anymore.
Hoping that maybe one more person would emerge and I could team up with them, I didn't take my eyes off the people suffering torture among the mobs for a period that couldn't be considered short, but to no avail; without exception, all of them were perishing under various effects.
"Skill is okay, I can access my information; I can go and take a look at other regions!"
As if I wasn't the one running like crazy an hour ago, I was walking with loose steps; what was the fear of torment anyway, I could go and kill a Fallen whenever I wanted.
I had no intention of approaching the neighboring region, nor did I want to watch those dancing like crazy; it was best to go to the place where those Social Media mobs were.
"Hello friends, welcome to my channel!"
"Now I'm going to set off a firecracker in my ass for you!"
"Annunakis, the immortal race that are the architects of unknown civilizations!"
This place was far from violence; the attacks of its mobs were based on buffoonery, but after a while, they really suffocated a person.
They had captivated people in groups outside the shield to their freak shows; these people who had lost consciousness were even cheering for them occasionally.
"I love you so much, Torkun Abi!"
"Brother, you are number one!"
I was going to start looking for something around to serve as earplugs; maybe the image would be bearable, but I couldn't listen to the strange sentences they constructed.
"Today, we are going to the market with my darling!"
"Aren't we, darling?"
My searches were in vain; although I didn't get a locking effect inside the shield, I felt I had no strength left to endure.
"Abbas is a traveler, he won't stop even if you tie him!"
Having said my quote, I took one last look at the Social Media Region; my aim was to get away immediately, but I noticed someone running in panic in the crowds.
At first, I hesitated wondering if I saw it wrong, but when I gave my full attention, I really saw a human running around unconsciously.
Her long hair extended almost to her waist; although I couldn't be completely sure, I guess this person also had bone-rimmed glasses. Judging by her unique running style, this human was definitely a girl; she was swinging her arms out from the elbows discordantly with her body.
"Come here, run towards the inside of the shield!"
She had lost control; someone from the outside needed to bring her to her senses, otherwise I'm afraid she would continue running until she fell weak and fainted.
When she heard my voice, she seemed to come to herself for a moment; when she turned her head towards me, I directed her towards myself by making a "come" sign with both hands.
She could barely throw herself inside; as I guessed, she was a girl of fifteen or sixteen years old. While her hair braided in two pigtails fell down her shoulders, she was panting breathlessly.
"Sister, why are you running around in the middle of the place, come inside the shield!"
I started talking with a tone of voice that was a bit harsh and a bit advice-giving, but the girl had no strength to listen to me; since she couldn't control her body while falling to the ground, she toppled over headfirst like a sack of potatoes.
I didn't know how long the poor thing had been running in this state; it's best to leave her here until she comes to her senses and go on a trip to the other region.
When I came to the place I named Bağcılar Region, I didn't see anything changed; accompanied by "Çal Keke Çal"s and explosive songs, the youth was partying hard. It was as if they had organized a synthetic-themed music festival on the First Floor of Hell, and all Sinners had won tickets including weekend camping.
I watched for a short time, but even this was enough for me; I was sure that if I went out, I would be wasted in five minutes and find myself in the arms of eight hours of torment.
"It's best to look at that Hardware Store Region; if I can't find anyone like myself, I'll start improving my skill little by little!"
The Hardware Store region name came from the mobs inside; the main sponsor of the Fallen using glue, thinner, lighter gas must definitely be the Chamber of Hardware Dealers.
"Welcome, brother!"
"Toraman, what's up, have you been sitting in the same place since you arrived?"
I ran into an old acquaintance on the way; the boy who asked for my name in the first hours I fell here was sitting in the place where we first met.
"It's very crowded around, everyone is running somewhere; I was too lazy, honestly, I just crashed here!"
What kind of carefree attitude is this; the man died and fell into Hell, he is still after his comfort. I couldn't stand it, I told him everything I knew.
"Oh my god, what are we going to do? So if I sit idly like this, there is eight hours of torment every day? My life is sweet, I can't handle such trouble!"
Look at this junkie...
I was about to scold him when suddenly I came to my senses; I killed a Fallen and got my skill, whether he panics or sprawls like a buffalo all day, what is it to me?
"Suit yourself, Chief, I'm going to look at the nearby region, come with me if you want!"
I guess he was bored of standing where he was too; taking his steps in slow-motion mode, he tagged along. Luckily the distance was close, otherwise I would have carried the slouch on my back.
"Toraman, look, this is a region where there are Fallen we need to kill; look closely, we will fight with these a lot in the future!"
When I turned to the boy coming behind me, I found him with his face frozen; his teeth were chattering, his hands were trembling slightly.
I was stunned; obviously, he was in this state because he was very angry at something. I wondered about this state of his which contradicted his appearance, otherwise the slouchy boy looked exactly like the idle son of a village headman with his head standing like a bust made without care on his thick neck, showing only twenty years old and of medium height.
"Toraman, what happened?"
"Brother, these... these burned me! The kid I beat up was exactly the same as that type with a bag in his hand!"
Toraman's voice was trembling while speaking; even the tips of his hair, which he combed to the side as if licked by a buffalo, stood on end. It was strange, as if he was reliving those moments.
"Stop, stop, calm down, tell me everything from the beginning!"
I approached him and gently made him sit on the ground; seeing that he gave such an intense reaction, he must have a lot to tell.
