You can't be serious. I have A SINGLE month to get into the deity rank? I mean, I did kinda get to the Avatar rank in a day...
But I can't get too cocky. I mean, the opponent has had 1000 years to prepare. Those beings are most likely the higher ranks of gods that the deity who gave me my powers told me about. At my current level, no way I stand a chance. I need to get stronger faster.
The quest says I need to be at least deity realm to leave this planet, so that'll have to be my goal for now.
As for how to do that...I have no idea! I mean, all the system told me is that I need to be deity rank to leave this planet and nothing more. Not how to get off of this planet, not how to get to deity rank, or anything else.
For now, I do have one lead though. Ascension. I need to ascend past the limiter that the system placed on me.

Alright! So this is how I can become a deity! Now that I have a more clear goal, I feel better. Before, I had no idea how I could become a deity in a month, but now I have a way. All I need to do now is simple-get stronger. And fast. Wait, what's the ascension quest even like?

「Description: Due to unexpected circumstances, user has advanced past avatar rank without much battle sense. Because of this, while user has enough essence to ascend to Demi-God realm, their body is not. In this quest, the system will attempt to fix this problem.

Excuse me, what? My cheat skills are locked? Nah, there's no way this is real, the system is most likely pranking me. Any second now, it will change to the actual quest. I mean, no way the system is going to make me face of monsters like that dragon without my skills, right? I don't even have the skill that saved me last time!
But when I checked again, nothing changed. I really have to accept my fate, huh? Do have to do this quest?
Sadly, however, I have no choice. I need to accept this quest and hope to survive. After all, I don't really have much of a choice.

I tap yes and feel a lot of power leaving my body. Suddenly, I feel extremely weak. Still, I need to continue on.
The only I see of survive this quest is by training my manifestation abilities. Suddenly, I felt extremely glad that I choose this class; it hugely increased my chance at success. Then I started to think. 'Could they have given me the ability to only use this skill because I chose this class?'
Nope. Don't think like that. Right now, training my manifestation is more important.
Now that I think about it, I don't really know much about manifestation, do I? I mean, all I really know about it is that it can create a blade out of essence, and not much else.
I guess the only way I can learn about it is by using it. The first thing I do is checking the skill I got from my job change.

Woah! A 55% increase in both attack and defense of a manifested weapon? That's good! Especially for an E-ranked skill. And then I realize, of course it is, it's because of the boosts. 'It's most likely a 10% increase originally, but my title and essence control strengthened it. But the math is a bit interesting...so the title is applied first and THEN essence control was applied? What would happen if a +50% increase skill was boosted by both of these...' A grin appeared on my face. I seriously look forward to the day I become absolutely op.
"Too bad, that's not right now, GO TRAIN YOUR MANIFESTATION YOU IDIOT!" I say to myself. Slightly slapping myself on the face, I start training my manifestation. Before I do anything, however, I wanna check the MP consumption from manifestation. As I train my manifestation, I take a look at my status. I want to see how much MP manifestation takes, cause it went away pretty quickly last time. But when I checked, I was completely shocked.

My MP...decreased? And by that much?
I just stood there, frowning. After looking at my status again, indeed, it decreased significantly. I realized the MP stat changed into mana. My other stats also increased by a little. Could it be my class change? My strength increased by 10, my intelligence increased by a whole 15, and my dexterity and agility both increased by 5. How did this happen? I start off by checking the title.

So it was this title! But it doesn't mention anything about my mana being less than my MP...maybe it makes my spells stronger?
I look at my manifested blade more carefully. "Now that I see it closely, it seems to be...radiating?" The blade, which used to look like blue stained glass, now looks as if it's a blue crystal. Is this the effects of mana?
I swing my weapon. As I swing it, I hear a slight whistling sound. 'Is my manifestation...cutting through the air?'
I swung it again. This time, I'm sure of it. My weapon is cutting through air! Woah! My manifested blade feels as if it...reinforced. So mana has this type of effect, eh? Or is it that skill I got?
To make sure, I try my other new skill: Great heal. The difference showed immediately. It way way more than an upgraded version of heal should do. It was almost as if it was a level higher than great heal. I focus on the feeling great heal brings and realize that there's a tinge of mana in it.
So my theory was correct! Mana seems to make my pre-existing spells stronger at the cost of me having less of it. Of course, I think I have enough MP to continuously cast great heal for at least a few days, so I think I'll be fine on that aspect.
This is great! Thanks to Mana, I'm stronger than I used to be! With this I'm sure I can take on those Demi-Gods, right?
No, I shouldn't be cocky. After all, I have very few skills that aren't in my traits or inherent skills. I don't even have a single attack skill, only my techniques and my manifestation. And without any defensive skills, I need to rely on great heal a lot, but even that's not very safe; after all, I can't heal myself if I'm insta-killed.
With all that in mind, I start training my manifestation.
