The person who first conceived of the Mission Pavilion had a sense of humor. The thing was located inside a medieval tavern with drinks, servers, and a tavern keeper. The second floor contained a task board created from hologram technology. After registering on the second floor, Edward could now access the pavilion's mission through his Samsara Watch.
As he scrolled through the list of missions, he could not help but frown. It became apparent to him that low-level reincarnators did not offer a good mission. At their level, it was much faster and cheaper to receive a direct answer or knowledge from the hall. And the mission they could offer paid too little since they were weak and broke.
Meanwhile, high-tier reincarnators did not trust the Lord God, and their mission offered sufficient price. Sadly, Edward could not answer them —- not due to a lack of ability. The truth is, he could answer most of the questions in the magic or technology field. However, these problems were beyond the capability of his current identity.
He sipped through countless missions before finding two that met his requirement. The first one was someone asking to decrypt a code, and the price was enough to make up for buying the extended bag. Edward had ample experience with deciphering codes during his time in the Full-Metal Alchemist World. The alchemist in that universe loves hiding their research in stupid and complex codes. So, he created an algorithm and had Morgana decode the thing. According to her, it would take two days, which was more than enough time before his next mission.
The second mission Edward chose was a mathematical formula; to be precise, a language-based formula. He spent the next three hours solving, and he realized it was a code, most likely for some spaceship. He deduced that the mission poster was probably a low-tier individual who successfully captured a ship in one mission, and this code was the key to opening it. However, they did not have much money, so they offered a [Genre Talisman].
Luckily for him, this is something Edward currently needs. So, after solving the equation and handing it in, he waited an hour until it was confirmed and received his reward. The talisman did not last more than a second in the world before it was crushed.

"Sci-Fi."

Edward sighed in relief. One of his fears is that he will be sent to a strange, supernatural world and die because of a curse. His armor, in its current state, is not enough to deal with these types of things. Of course, despite the guarantee of a science fiction world, Edward will still buy the Anti-Curse Doll. The next mission is not solo, and there are no rules about killing other participants. If one of his companions is a wizard or curse witch, he might suffer.
After buying the things he needed, Edward finally returned to Earth with the armor inside his bag. The Samsara Hall does not limit the use of powers on Earth, but it limits public use. A reincarnator will be wiped out if they reveal their strength to a large group.
Edward looked around, and he was in the exact same spot where he had been killed. He could still see the dry blood where his body had been. He observed around and detected no residual trace of energy, so he left. Currently, he was in Germany, but his primary base of operations was in southern Italy. He ordered the newly upgraded Morgana to eliminate his face from any CCTV cameras in his surroundings or satellite footage. A few hours later, Edward was home.
His home was a simple two-bedroom, one-bathroom house, but that's only on the surface. The previous clone had spent years building a data center in the basement, including its own optimized Solar Energy Panel to power it up.
"This is such a waste," Edward sighed. Most of the data center has been built, but a significant amount of materials were wasted because he was essentially a one-man army. So, he used Alchemy to decompose and rebuild it into a supercomputer linked to his suit. Edward then immediately started investigating the cause of his death.
After navigating the dark web to buy information and using the hidden Trojan horse that his clone had already left in numerous global government entities, Edward found the cause of his death. Information about supernatural people is now a semi-open secret. Not only do these top countries know, they've also created a secret organization to contact or deal with these individuals.
They've tried to arrest, study, and recruit these individuals. However, as the reincarnators are essentially the pawns of Samsara Hall, all these efforts were useless. One of the Samsara Rules is that a reincarnator can enter their private room as long as they are not fighting another reincarnator. So, when in danger from these government agencies, it's easy for the reincarnators to run away. This also means the only way to deal with them is to ask another to kill or capture their own kind.
Edward joined a hidden chat group of reincarnators and learned that they had their own unwritten rules. While they did not care much — they still disdained it — if someone worked for the government, it was prohibited to help these agencies from capturing one of their own. If someone is discovered to break this rule, they will be hunted down by the others.
The existence of supernatural humans has subtly altered the global political landscape. No government — especially members of the G7 — will allow their power or control over the world to slip. And that's where Edward Bones comes in. For the best year or two, these number agencies have been hunting him down because he has become the key. They didn't just want his mind for themselves; they wanted to use his research to create super soldiers that could deal with these supernatural humans.
However, the reincarnators — who now had the world by the balls — would never allow these countries to create any kind of equalizers. There are patriotic reincarnators who are closely connected to their government. According to the Samsara Rules, as long as someone reaches the Colonel Rank (Tier 5 promotion mission) and buys a [True Science Pass] worth 500,000 Points, they can bring certain advanced technology back to Earth.
However, there is a special group among reincarnators that has been hunting down all those patriotic individuals. And after they learned of Edward's situation, they immediately hired a Tier 3 Shadow Assassin to track and kill him. "This seems like a prelude to a bigger mess," Edward commented. If not for the hall's restraint, the reincarnators would have already conquered the planet.
This may sound like an exaggeration since the countries still have nuclear weapons, but it's the truth. The rules state that only Tier 3 can appear on Earth. Beyond that, the reincarnator must seal themselves to return home. Tier 6 are not allowed on Earth, even in a sealed state, and must send a clone or projection. That's why most Tier 6 and above reincarnators stay in the hall, in other worlds, or occupy planets in the Milky Way Galaxy.
Edward thought about the future. The personality he created was that of a person who wanted to change the world, but the Samsara Rules had placed a significant limitation on his actions. 'I could try to preserve my dream, or make it seem that I have changed after entering the hall. I became selfish and only want to use my intelligence for my benefit.'
This was the best approach. The Purple-Robe Daoist seemed bent on elevating his country, and if someone like Edward suddenly appeared and made the world or other countries better, he might be secretly eliminated before he could grow up.
'However, I will also have to confront the Purple Robe Daoist at some points, so let's not completely give up on this aspect of my personality,' he thought. He had a plan to discover the Purple-Robe Daoist's identity, but an incredibly selfish and antisocial personality was not the best way to ensure success.
After making a plan, Edward decided to track down the assassin who killed him. He would not swallow this indignation even if the latter helped him enter Samsara. Sadly, even after his mission arrived, he still had no clue. So, he focused on his second mission.
