The ring fitted only me and ray. What is all of this? Why us? Everybody was in shock. Me and ray stared into each other's eyes because we both don't know why us only. Are we connected in some way? Leo then started speaking which broke mine and ray's eye contact "see Christie and ray I guess the rings fitted only u guys because the box carrying both of the rings were with Christina and the key which was as a locket of the necklace were with ray..... But the part doesn't make sense which theory I gave needs some sort of reasoning because the 2 things r from different families as ray and alex were neither in our gang nor their family was involved with us."
Andrew then spoke "yes plus the only link is that war but that war had hundreds and hundreds of families so why particularly them no reason... These all r messed up"
Zen said "not only the rings part r confusing the sword thing too and christie's mark on the hand which just got additional symbols after touching the sword which was at ray's place.... And christie held the sword as if it was like hers for years"
Then jess said "plus her grip on the sword was correct and as we remember she never held a sword in her entire life, and i can tell that because i have done mastery on weapons"
Jason said "yess because after jess lost her powers she did mastery in weapons as after magic she loved the art of weapon usage techniques"
Jess said "I felt really weak when I lost my powers....weapons were the only thing which made me felt stronger and secured"
Alex said "but guys did u noticed the message written on the box of the sword.... u should give that attention too"
Alina said while touching the engravings on the box "the sword's marks r definitely of a particular clan or supernatural being because I think it sort of looks familiar but where I saw it and when no idea"
Andrew said "we'll try to research about that also but I can sense it completely doesn't has pure magic it has some sort of-"
I said "Dark Magic"
Andrew nodded his head.
Everybody was busy looking the things which me and ray brought. Then suddenly I started having visions. In the vision I again saw few people black hooded i guess but not sure totally blurry but their voices were clear. One of them was saying "we found them they live in this city and now our search starts here, u guys go and inform it to HIM, we will get them"
The other one said "doesn't matter if others die because whom we need r needed alive to regain everything, every person who comes in between just remove them.... Take good cover because if humans get to know who u all r those ones will get alarmed...For now go and start finding-----"
The vision ended. NO NO NO WHO? WHO THEY WANT ALIVE AND WHO IS THIS "HIM" and "those ones". AND WHAT R THESE PEOPLE.
I opened my eyes nobody noticed my expression much because everybody was busy finding the explanations in those things. But i guess ray noticed something because he was looking my way only but i ignored the gaze. I have to know about those people whom i saw the vision as I need to know whom they r after I can't let anyone's life be at risk I have to find it myself first because our gang is still not completed so we r not fully strong enough to deal with those creatures and now if we all go together everybody's life would be at risk because those guys didn't looked just any supernatural being by their talks. If they r gonna find the people in this City whom they r after there is no guarantee that it wouldn't be us as they said take good cover from humans so they r definitely after supernatural beings. And supernatural beings in this city r mainly us there r hardly any other supernatural being in this city other than us. I will go to the forest at any cost. I looked at everyone, I am sorry guys I have no choice I can't risk your lives. Your lives r way more imp and dear to me than mine. I said to everyone with a fake weak voice tone "guys listen I am not feeling well, can I go out for some fresh air... These r really exhausting...I hope u guys understand" Alina said "ofc we understand go outside and be in nature and listen to some music if u can u will feel better ik."
Zen said "yeah u should these things would be really pressurizing to u as these r highly related to u, so u should definitely take rest"
Jason said "should I go with u?"
I was about to give an excuse to say no but jess replied before me "jason give christie some alone time everybody sometimes need that". Jason nodded his head in agreement. Alex said "we will manage here u go" and gave a slight forced smile. Ray was the only one who wasn't speaking at all. I walked past everyone and went outside. Sorry guys for lying. I quickly ran from there towards the park then found a place where no one was there and teleported to the forest.
In the forest
I finally arrived at the forest. Seriously man this teleporting is hell ya exhausting the more the distance the more exhaustion. I chose teleportation because it was the fastest route plus I can't leave any trails for someone to follow me while I am on my way. I put an invisibility spell over me so that those people can't see me. I started searching everywhere. Half an hour passed no sign. I went more deep into the forest and after a couple of mins I finally found them. They were all wearing black cloak type of thing which covered their entire body and their heads wear hooded with the continuation of the same black fabric which covered their body. They wore white masks so there faces were fully covered. I was few metres away from them beside a tree. And there was a swirl of a portal. Few of them went into the portal. One of them said to the rest of them "finish the job properly and give me updates or else uk if u make your work late what will he do to u guys" and the speaker went into the portal as well. The others scattered in every direction. I can't handle all of them its impossible. I have no choice until tomorrow when our gang will be completed. I can follow any one of them but that would be useless because idk whom they r after plus they all r still finding "those people" according to them, they r not searching together also so no conversations no hints plus i need to go asap or else my gang would be suspicious. I was about to go but I saw one of the black hooded guy coming towards me. Shit I can't move If I move just infront of him it will make sound and movement and would make him feel my presence. Christina don't move an inch or else u r dead. I am so doomed I can't even teleport because in order to do that I have to undo the invisibility spell first and if I do that he will attack me for sure, I exhausted alot of energy already, plus I need my left over energy to go back. That black hooded guy stood just infront of me just a few inches away from me. Don't panic Christina. I continuously talked to myself in my mind to calm myself. He took out his dagger. My eyes widened its the same dagger that demon's dagger. Oh no. He is a demon. He then lifted it in the air and then said "I sense something.... Something is here" and he aimed the dagger and pierced it into my stomach. I screamed in pain. Ahhhhh I can't move...I can't. My invisibility spell broke I was all exposed to him. He said "its you". I lost my balance and accidentally fell on my knees. His eyes also widened. Ughhh I can't let him kill me. My vision, I can't see anything properly, I am losing my concious, I can't give up I will give it all I have. I have to protect my friends my family. I used the no movement spell asap even before he could do anything and he wasn't able to move. He was about to scream. I used the memory erasing spell. I have no energy left to fight him so this is the best option. I chanted the spell while panting and said "erase... All of.....his memories encountering me...and everything related to me.... what happened now". I was panting so badly. I undid the no movement spell due to the memory erasing spell he got unconscious. Memories r the most imp thing of a being so obviously it would have a huge effect. Ugh I can't move I am bleeding so much. I held the dagger's holding part. I have to.. I have to take this out of my body. I need to survive. I pulled the dagger out of my body and my granting increased more and bleeding increased so much. This agony is killing me. My whole clothes were bloody, My wound is not healing automatically because this was no ordinary dagger it was the one zen mentioned. I was feeling dizzy. Was my whole world ending. Ugh no no no don't think like that. But what if i do die. No i have to fight until my last breath. My mind conflicts weren't stopping, I pushed myself onto my knees pulled myself together stood up, clenched my stomach area with my hand so to kind of cover the area plus due to pain. Such pain why do i feel like i have felt before. I tried to walk but again fell this time on my stomach. I was crawling on the ground helplessly. It feels like slowly slowly the pain is taking all over my body, I feel like I am being stabbed by the dagger all over my body. My soul is dying. This pain almost dying why I feel like I experienced before also but.. but.... I wasn't alone.... What's happening. Ahhhhhhh my brain is bursting with memories and thoughts. I again tried not to close my eyes if I do i wouldn't be able to open them again though i am so exhausted that I can sleep forever. Infront of my eyes r flashing everyone I love and then the baby version of mine. No Christina I need to get up again. I chose life and not death I again started walking but my steps were very weak and wobbly. I can't even place a step without almost falling. I am breathing so heavily it feels like I would not be able to breath again. What r all these emotions...losing someone.... dying.....life..... death ahhhh my heart my brain my body my soul is everything is hurting. It feels like my whole body had been stabbed and now its burning. This pain is increasing more and more my bleeding isn't stopping at all. Tears were continuously falling from my eyes. I lost so much blood already. I tried my best to walk for a while then I again fell on my back. Is this the ending? My vision was all blurry. My dizziness was killing me. I don't want to die like this. I don't, I need to protect them, I can't be like this. God help me, Nature help me. Give me strength to fight for myself and for them. I screamed "NOOOO GOD, NATURE..... LISTEN TO ME! I WANT TO LIVE. I CHOOSE LIFE". I was getting weaker and weaker. I had no energy or power to pull myself up. My whole body was numb. Blood all over my clothes on the the ground. My whole body is full of cuts and wounds due to falling continuously. The ground was full of patches and some spots had grasses, the sky was getting dark as cloud started to cover the whole sky. It was about to rain. It felt like the nature was about to cry by seeing me in this condition. I can't move an inch. I feel like I would be going into a really deep sleep which would be I guess painless. But i think this is my destiny. Mom and dad I think I am coming to u. I love u all my friends my family. I will miss u guys. I hope u guys don't miss me much and move on with your lives and lead a safe happy and secure life. I am sorry I couldn't protect u all. I regret I couldn't see u all for the last time. But atleast I am taking memories of u all with me. Tears kept on flowing, Tears of my sorrow defines how much painful is to die leaving behind all your loved ones. My eye lids got heavy. My eyes were getting closed. I saw someone coming towards me through the corner of my eye as I had no strength left to move my head don't know demon or anyone else due to blurry vision. Then i heard someone calling my name "CHRISTINA NO CHRISTINA DON'T--". It started raining. The voice felt like a familiar voice and then my eyelids closed and I lost everything.
