I've been noticing an increase in advertisements with extremely obviously ai generated voices from extremely large companies. My guess would be that there's an option to have the ad auto translated into the viewers preferred language.
Honestly, all it does is give me a horrible impression of the company. This is especially the case since it's English that's getting horrible ai voices.
