"Hey," a small, faint voice called out by her ear. "Hey, wake up. Come on, quick."
Lin Sanjiu was pulled from the depths of sleep, her eyelashes fluttering as she slowly opened her eyes. Four round, pudgy tea leaves were lined up in her field of vision. Their eight eyes, glistening like water droplets, stared at her in unison. They had been trying to wake her for who knows how long.
"You sure can sleep," the eldest one said softly.
"It's been almost ten hours," the fourth one added.
"You're fine on your own. You don't need us companion-type tea leaves at all," the third one concluded. The second one simply nodded in agreement.
