Chapter 64 - Chapter 64 A Surprise Gift

Sam and Natasha walked out of the large government building.

It had been a very long, boring day of politics and paperwork.

Sam stretched his arms and let out a deep breath.

"I am so glad that is over,"

Sam smiled, looking up at the evening sky.

"We could fly back to the mansion,"

Natasha suggested, standing close to him.

"It would be much faster."

"No,"

Sam shook his head gently.

"Let's just take things slow today. Let's take the car."

A sleek, black luxury car pulled up perfectly to the curb. The doors opened automatically.

"Good evening, Congressman. Good evening, Natasha,"

JARVIS's polite, robotic voice spoke clearly from the dashboard.

"Take us home, JARVIS,"

Sam said, sinking into the soft, comfortable leather seat.

The car drove smoothly down the quiet city street.

Sam and Natasha were relaxing, enjoying the quiet moment together.

Suddenly, a loud *CLANG!* echoed through the air.

A high-powered sniper bullet hit the window right next to Sam's head.

The heavy bullet completely flattened against the glass and bounced off.

It did not leave a single mark. It did not even leave a tiny scratch.

Natasha did not even blink. She just took a calm sip of her water.

"Was that a sniper?"

Natasha asked casually.

"Yes,"

Sam sighed, resting his chin on his hand.

"They are getting very annoying."

"The vehicle is perfectly fine, sir,"

JARVIS announced smoothly.

"Mr. Stark built this car using heavily reinforced Asgardian metal. A normal human sniper rifle will do absolutely nothing."

"Exactly,"

Sam chuckled, shaking his head.

"If they want to actually scratch my window, they need to use a heavy railgun powered by a Stark arc reactor at the very least."

Sam and Natasha did not care about the assassin at all. If they stopped the car to pay attention to every single assassination attempt, they would be way too busy to ever relax.

But just because Sam and Natasha didn't care, didn't mean the others were going to let it go.

High above the city streets, three figures were already moving fast.

*Thwip!*

Peter Parker shot a strong web line.

But he wasn't just swinging like a normal spider anymore.

He pushed his bright, golden Qi energy down into his legs.

With a massive burst of power, he propelled himself through the air like a rocket, moving faster than the eye could see.

Flying right beside him were MJ and Ned.

They didn't have webs, but they didn't need them.

Bright blue fire blasted from the high-tech jetpacks built right into their new Stark suits.

"I see him!"

MJ called out over their built-in radios.

She pointed her sleek silver bow toward the roof of a tall office building.

"Let's get him!"

Ned yelled enthusiastically, holding his heavy, glowing shield ready.

Down on the roof, the assassin was frantically trying to reload his heavy sniper rifle.

He was sweating heavily.

He completely panicked. He couldn't believe his perfect shot didn't even break the glass.

Before he could load another bullet, Peter landed silently on the roof right behind him.

"Excuse me, sir,"

Peter said politely.

The assassin spun around in pure terror.

*Thwip! Thwip!*

Peter shot two fast webs, completely trapping the assassin's hands and gluing his rifle to the floor.

MJ and Ned landed softly on the roof right next to Peter.

"You really shouldn't shoot at our Uncle Sam,"

MJ said, looking at the trapped man with a highly unimpressed smirk.

"Yeah,"

Ned agreed, tapping his heavy shield against the concrete.

"It is very rude. And honestly, it interrupts our daily training routine."

The assassin just stared at the three super-powered teenagers, completely terrified and confused.

Down on the street below, the black luxury car continued to drive smoothly toward the mansion.

Sam looked up through the window and smiled, watching his young students handle the problem perfectly.

Inside the warm, bright living room of the mansion, everything was peaceful.

May sat comfortably on the large sofa.

Beside her sat Ororo and Jean, and Anna.

Hela was sitting in a large armchair, sipping a cup of hot tea.

A couple of months ago, when May first met Ororo, Jean, and Anna, she had been a little nervous.

But just like Natasha and Hela, the three of them had welcomed her with wide, open arms.

They treated her like a true family from the very first second.

Now, they were all as close as real sisters.

The room was filled with warm laughter.

"I am still so glad you moved in, May,"

Ororo smiled, her beautiful white hair catching the light.

"The house feels much more organized with you here."

"I am the lucky one,"

May smiled back, feeling a deep warmth in her chest.

"You all made me feel so safe and loved. I have never had a family this big before."

Jean smiled, but then her face slowly turned a little more serious.

She gently rubbed the edge of her teacup.

"Speaking of big families and growing numbers,"

Jean said quietly, looking around the room.

"Have any of you been paying attention to Erik's group lately? The Brotherhood?"

Hela raised an eyebrow.

"The mutant rebels? What are they doing now?"

Hela asked, resting her cup on her lap.

"They are staying quiet,"

Jean explained.

"But because I am a telepath, I hear whispers in the mutant community. There are two very powerful women in the Brotherhood right now. Emma Frost and Wanda Maximoff."

"Who are they?"

May asked, looking curious.

"Emma has a brilliant mind and can read thoughts, much like Charles,"

Ororo answered smoothly.

"And Wanda... her magic is wild and incredibly strong. She can bend reality itself."

Jean nodded in agreement.

"Exactly. And right now, both of them are highly interested in Sam."

Hela let out a low, amused laugh.

"Of course they are,"

Hela smirked proudly.

"Sam is a king. He is powerful, he is handsome, and he is a Congressman protecting their people. Any smart woman would be interested in him."

"It is true,"

Jean smiled lightly, but her eyes remained serious.

"They both want to meet him very badly. But they haven't had the opportunity to approach him yet."

"Why not?"

Anna asked.

"Because the world is changing too fast,"

Jean explained.

"With heroes fighting in the streets, new laws being made, and aliens in the sky, everyone is on high alert. The atmosphere on Earth feels very tense right now. Mutants and humans are both waiting to see what happens next. Better or worse... we really just don't know."

May looked out the large window toward the darkening city sky.

She thought about all the danger out there.

But then she looked back at the strong, beautiful women sitting in the room with her.

"The world outside might be changing and scary,"

May said softly, her voice full of absolute trust.

"But as long as Sam is here, we are safe."

Anna sat quietly beside Jean, listening to the warm conversation.

She looked down at her bare hands resting on her lap.

For a very long time, she had felt completely left behind by everyone else.

While the other women in the house could hold Sam, kiss him, and share their deepest warmth with him, Anna could not.

Her mutant power was a heavy curse.

If she touched someone with her bare skin, she would drain their energy, their memories, and their life away.

And even though it wasn't the case with Sam who could touch her without getting drained, she was not strong enough to not be affected by his Yang Qi.

But not anymore.

Anna smiled softly.

She took a slow, deep breath and focused her mind.

A very thin, almost invisible layer of warm Qi wrapped completely around her hands.

It fit her skin perfectly, like a protective, magical glove.

Because Sam had patiently taught her how to cultivate, she could now block her draining power.

She could finally touch people without hurting them.

Anna looked up at the other women.

Her eyes were bright and completely certain.

"I am ready,"

Anna said, her voice shaking just a little bit, but full of pure bravery.

The room grew quiet. Jean looked at her classmate and friend.

"Ready for what, Anna?"

Jean asked gently.

"I am ready to dual cultivate,"

Anna answered honestly, her cheeks turning a beautiful shade of pink.

"I have practiced my Qi control perfectly. I won't get hurt. I have waited for so long, and I want to give myself to Sam completely today."

The room stayed quiet for a single second.

Then, a warm, incredibly proud smile spread across Jean's face.

Jean reached out and placed her bare hand right on top of Anna's.

Nothing bad happened. Anna did not drain her. The Qi shield worked perfectly.

"You have worked so hard for this,"

Jean said, her voice full of deep sisterly love.

"You deserve this happiness more than anyone."

Hela took a slow sip of her hot tea.

A highly satisfied smirk grew on her face.

"It is about time,"

Hela agreed, resting her cup on the table.

"You have been very patient, Anna Marie. Sam has been waiting for you to be ready."

Ororo and May both nodded, their eyes shining with warm support.

They all knew exactly how much pain and loneliness Anna had suffered because of her mutation.

They knew how much she loved Sam for saving her from that dark, lonely life.

"When he gets home from work,"

May smiled warmly, leaning over to gently pat Anna's shoulder.

"We will all make ourselves scarce. We will make sure you have the entire main bedroom all to yourself. Today is your day, Anna."

"Thank you,"

While the sleek, black luxury car was driving smoothly toward the mansion, Natasha's phone quietly buzzed in her pocket.

She pulled it out and read a short message from Hela.

Natasha's eyes slightly widened, and then a clever, secret smirk grew on her beautiful face.

She looked over at Sam.

Sam was completely oblivious to the secret plan.

The powerful, god-like Cultivator who could control a hundred thousand flying swords was currently frowning at his phone screen, deeply focused on playing a game of *Angry Birds*.

"Are the green pigs giving you trouble, Congressman?"

Natasha teased him softly.

"They are very stubborn today,"

Sam chuckled, not taking his eyes off the screen.

A few minutes later, the car slowly pulled into the mansion's massive underground garage.

The bright lights flickered on, showing off more than twenty incredibly expensive, shiny luxury cars parked in perfect rows.

"We are home, sir,"

JARVIS announced as the car doors opened.

Sam put his phone in his pocket and stepped out.

"I am going to stay down here for a minute,"

Natasha said casually, leaning against the car door.

"I need to check some security updates with JARVIS. You go on inside, Sam. You must be tired."

"Alright,"

Sam smiled, waving to her.

"Don't stay down here too long."

Sam turned and walked up the stairs into the main house.

When he opened the door to the living room, he stopped.

The massive house was completely quiet.

There was no warm laughter, no television playing, and no sign of anyone.

The mansion felt completely empty.

Sam could have easily closed his eyes and used his powerful divine sense to search the entire property in half a second.

But he shook his head and kept his power locked away.

He deeply respected his wives.

Just because they were lovers did not mean he had the right to spy on them or intrude on their private time.

If they wanted to be alone, he would let them be alone.

"They must be out shopping or training,"

Sam muttered to himself, unbuttoning his suit jacket.

He walked slowly down the quiet hallway and opened the door to his large main bedroom.

Sam stepped inside, and his breath completely caught in his throat.

The lights in the bedroom were turned down low.

Soft, warm candles were burning on the nightstands.

Sitting right in the middle of the large bed was Anna.

She wasn't wearing her usual heavy clothes or her thick gloves.

In fact, she wasn't wearing normal clothes at all.

Anna was carefully and beautifully wrapped in a single, long black silk ribbon.

It wrapped around her chest and her waist, tying into a neat, pretty bow.

Her bare skin glowed perfectly in the soft candlelight.

She looked incredibly mature, stunning, and overwhelmingly sexy.

Sam stood perfectly still. His eyes went wide.

He instantly realized why Natasha had stayed in the garage, and why the house was so empty.

The girls had planned this entire thing.

"Anna..."

Sam whispered, his voice completely soft.

Anna looked up at him. Her cheeks were bright pink, and her hands were shaking just a tiny bit from pure nervousness.

But her eyes were brave, bright, and full of deep love.

"Do you like your present, Sam?"

Anna asked, her southern voice quiet and sweet.

Sam slowly closed the bedroom door behind him.

He walked toward the bed, his eyes never leaving hers.

"You are the most beautiful present I have ever seen,"

Sam answered honestly, his voice full of deep emotion.

"But you don't need to wrap yourself up for me, Anna. You are already perfect."

Anna smiled, a happy tear shining in her eye.

She reached out her bare hand toward him.

"I wanted today to be special,"

Anna whispered, looking down at her bare fingers, wrapped in a thin, invisible layer of her own Qi.

"I am finally ready, Sam. I can touch you now. I won't drain you. I won't hurt you anymore."

Sam sat down on the edge of the bed.

He gently reached out and took her small, bare hand in his. He felt her warm, soft skin.

There was no draining magic. There was no pain. Just pure, absolute warmth.

"You could never hurt me, Anna,"

Sam said gently, leaning in to kiss her forehead.

"Are you absolutely sure you are ready for this?"

Anna looked deeply into his peaceful eyes.

She didn't hesitate at all. She nodded her head, untying the knot of the black ribbon.

"I have never been more sure of anything in my entire life,"

Anna breathed out, moving closer into his strong arms.

"Make me yours, Sam. Completely."
