Chapter 9: A Confusing Morning

After Dad and Mom left the room, I lay naked on the still-warm mattress, feeling like my brain was on fire.

My head throbbed, thoughts spinning nonstop.

"Does my dad have a netorare fetish? Does he like being cheated on?" I muttered to myself, digging deeper for any reasonable explanation.

It was the only reason I could think of for why Dad didn't seem angry at all. He even laughed with pride when he saw me fucking his own wife.

The corner of my mouth twitched hard. It was incredibly difficult to accept this absurd reality.

'No… did I miss something?'

At the same time, my memories drifted back to the moment I first transmigrated into Leon's body.

Everything was still hazy, like thick fog, but one conversation with Clara echoed clearly in my mind.

It was "Finally we can kiss passionately like we used to… after so long." and "Besides, Mommy doesn't mind. You're Mommy's son, and Mommy is your mother. This is normal between a mother and her child."

Now, after seeing Dad's reaction this morning, those pieces were starting to connect. I felt like I was seeing and understanding something… but it still wasn't fully confirmed.

"Whatever. I'll figure it out later," I muttered softly as I got up from the bed, still completely naked.

I walked to the small bathroom Dad had mentioned earlier. Cold water from the wooden bucket poured over my body, helping calm my chaotic thoughts. After bathing and changing into simple village youth clothes — a loose linen shirt and leather pants — I stood in front of the cracked wooden mirror, staring at Leon's face that now belonged to me.

Once I felt a bit calmer, I left the room, following the sound of light laughter coming from the end of the hallway.

The room turned out to be the family dining area. A large, sturdy wooden table stood in the center, lit by morning sunlight streaming through a small window.

The smell of toasted bread, smoked meat, and warm soup immediately greeted my nose.

At the table, Dad and Mom were already eating breakfast. Mom looked normal, wearing a simple wool dress that was slightly tight, accentuating her voluptuous curves — especially her breasts and hips that were still vividly imprinted in my mind.

Dad sat across from her, still in his hunter's leather vest, his thick beard moving as he chewed heartily.

Both of them seemed completely unaffected by what happened last night and this morning. They chuckled lightly while chatting casually, as if nothing strange had occurred.

I stood at the doorway, feeling extremely awkward. My body felt stiff, my hands cold. How was I supposed to act now?

Mom was the first to notice my presence. She turned, then gave me a gentle smile — the same smile she had when she was holding my cock in front of Dad earlier.

"Leon, sweetheart… you're awake? Come sit down quickly. Mommy has prepared breakfast for you," she said warmly, as if this morning was just any ordinary morning.

I hesitated for a moment before finally stepping closer and sitting on the creaky wooden chair.

In front of me was a piece of dark brown hard bread, thick slices of smoked meat, and a bowl of thick, spice-scented soup.

The food looked very simple, but its fragrant aroma immediately made my stomach rumble.

'This really looks like medieval European food,' I thought to myself as I picked up a piece of hard bread.

The bread was tough and rough; it had to be dipped in the soup to be edible. The smoked meat was salty and fatty, typical of long-lasting hunter's food.

I chewed slowly, but my mind was still a mess. Finally, after a few bites, I gathered the courage to speak in a hesitant voice.

"Mom… I want to know more about myself. About… about this family. I feel like… I want to recover my memories." Of course, that was complete bullshit.

I actually had no intention of restoring the original owner's memories. After all, I had already replaced him...

My real goal was to gather information about this world, get used to its customs and traditions, and slowly assimilate.

Mom listened to my question, then nodded understandingly. She let out a small sigh with a slightly frustrated expression, but still gentle.

"Sweetheart, Mommy understands. But this morning Mommy might not have time to explain everything calmly. Mommy has to work in the garden. Yesterday Mommy already took the whole day off to take care of you."

Dad, who was chewing on the smoked meat, chimed in with his deep voice, "That's right. Yesterday you really worried us, Leon. But now that you're awake, that's what matters most."

Mom smiled reassuringly while scooping more soup into my bowl.

"No need to worry. Your aunt and cousin will be visiting soon. They usually come early like this. You can ask them lots of things later. They know quite a bit about your childhood."

Dad nodded in agreement while wiping his mouth with the back of his hand.

"Yeah, let your aunt do the talking. She's good at telling stories. Besides, I have to head to the forest soon. Today there's a trail of a big wild boar I need to chase."

I could only nod slowly, even though my chest was still full of nagging questions.

The food in my mouth tasted bland despite its good aroma.

Meanwhile, Mom kept glancing at me with a small, meaningful smile — a smile that brought me back to the warmth of her plump breasts from earlier that morning.

This morning was still long, and for some reason I felt that the "visit" from my aunt and cousin later might not be as simple as it seemed.
