Well this thing just put even more pressure on me but then I finally straightened up as I thought that what it said was correct , indeed there are no rewards without any risks

It was a normal room with staff only sign , I must say it was dumb as no ordinary citizens are allowed in this section
I then used my biometrics to open it and went inside , there i equipped the gears mentioned and as soon as I did , a screen popped up in front of me

Alright so let's move , i immediately got the path through my digital holographic screen
I moved and arrived in front of gate 2 and it automatically opened the moment I stepped in front of it
I stepped inside and was about to move , just then the door behind me close suddenly with a " THUD " sound .

I followed the instructions and went towards the so-called duct3 and analysed it , at first i tried to close it using a nearby penal but it refused to so I had no choice but to began check wiring and soon enough I found the problem in here .
One of the wire of the duct was cut off from between but the damaged wire that I encountered happened to be a little deep inside the vent
I could try to call for more help to solve it safely but doing so would just reduce my pay and waste my time
So I proceeded to do it myself , I bent a little and used my exoskeleton to stabilize myslef and went in deeper
There i finally reached the cut wire , it was sparking a little but it was no problem for me with 7 years of experience.
I used a black tape I had and stick it to the wire surface and fixed it
Everything was going smoothly but just then I heard a "HISS" sound up above.
I looked up and saw that the duct was closing in , i tired to give command to stop it but it refused to stop .
I then tried to pull myself out but before I could do....
CLANG—!!
My waist got caught as the duct door collided with my exoskeleton
Pain shot through my body instantly.
"Aa—!" this sound escaped my lungs as I fell down a little more but I was lucky that went stopped because of my exoskeleton and now the only thing preventing me from falling down was that my exoskeleton was stuck in duct door
I straightened up myself as the instructions say , panic is these situations i equal to self harm .
I tired to call for help but then I moved a little because my waist pressure suddenly shout up more .
" Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah "
I screamed because I suddenly felt myself loosening up and then i turned to look up and saw duct door opening again
I entered freefall before I even analyse further
" Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah" , my lungs kept releasing screams as I started falling down the duct .
I at this moment felt entirely weightless
I looked around and tried to grab something but all i encountered was smooth metalic surface
Then " splashhh !! "
with this sound I found myself sinking in a greenish liquid, i tired to crawl upwards , maybe to try and prevent myself from being swallowed in the darkness that was envolping me b- but my vision starting getting bla- ck .....
