The soft wedding music filled the church once again, every eye remained fixed on the entrance.
The bride finally took her first step, her white wedding gown flowed gently behind her as she slowly walked down the long aisle.
A long veil completely covered her face, from where the guests stood, they could only make out her figure. No one could see her features.
The discussions started again immediately, but in low whispers. "Can you see her face?"
"No."
"Is it really Miss Gladstone?"
"I can't tell. I have only seen her picture."
"Maybe she really regained consciousness."
"Maybe... but that kind of miracle is hard to believe." Mr Madon commented, beside him his wife whispered, "Could it be a stand-in?"
Several people quietly nodded.
After all, they had all heard that Loretta was still unconscious. A stand-in bride seemed far more believable.
The bride continued walking forward, her pace was slow and steady.
