Chapter 5 - Don’t you want to enjoy the opening ceremony first?

"What... what's going on?"

Inside the Astral Express, Himeko's expression was grim. "The Anti-Matter Legion in the void, the Imaginary energy within them is rapidly increasing."

Dan Heng and March 7th had already entered the Space Station, but this sudden change was unexpected.

"Pom-Pom~"

Pom-Pom, who looked like a doll, trembled slightly. "This... this is too terrifying! March and Dan Heng will be okay, right, Pom-Pom?"

"Don't worry too much."

Welt leaned on his cane, looking at the Anti-Matter Legion outside the train window. "I'll go now. I'll definitely bring them back safely."

"Thank you for your trouble, Welt."

Himeko's tightly furrowed brows relaxed slightly. "I'll provide you with support from the train at all times."

...

Meanwhile.

Kafka, still unaware that the script had completely deviated from its planned course, easily dealt with the Void Rangers along the way, all while casually chatting with Silver Wolf.

When they arrived at the space capsule containing the Stellaron, they opened the hatch, and an unfamiliar man came into view.

Kafka's usually calm expression instantly stiffened.

"Who are you?"

Her tone was icy, and her gun was aimed at Dante.

"Kafka, he's not in the script."

Silver Wolf's figure emerged from the void. "Should we take him out?"

"What?"

Dante spread his hands helplessly. "Is an uninvited guest going to clean up another uninvited guest for the owner of the Space Station?"

Kafka thought it over, then lowered her gun, while Silver Wolf turned and reminded her, "The people from the Astral Express are coming soon."

She nodded slightly, her gaze sweeping over the Masked Fool mask on Dante's waist. "Masked Fool?"

"Masked Fool? You could say that."

Dante stroked his chin; that wasn't wrong.

"Don't be nervous, both of you. I originally just wanted to watch from outside, but then I suddenly heard someone talking about 'having fun,' so I came over to see."

Silver Wolf looked at Kafka, as if to say: It was you who said "having fun" just now, wasn't it?

Kafka rolled her eyes at Silver Wolf in annoyance.

Meaning: Didn't you say it was too boring and you wanted something fun, which is why I told you to find some fun?

Then, she looked at Dante again, frowning as she said,

"We don't object to you wanting to have fun, but could you please step aside and not interfere with our plan?"

Before Dante could answer, a Void Ranger: Marauder from within the Space Station discovered them and lunged at the three.

Snap~

A finger snap suddenly rang out.

Accompanying the sound of the snap, the Void Ranger's fierce movements instantly froze, followed by its body beginning to twist and deform?

On its originally ferocious face, a comical expression now appeared.

Then, it began to dance uncontrollably, emitting a series of strange laughs.

"Of course!"

Dante stepped aside. "However, ladies, my mask and I were attracted by your 'having fun.' If there's no fun later,

to satisfy the 'mask's' needs, I'll just have to personally seek out some potential fun."

"Ahahahahaha... Yes, yes, yes, having fun, ahahahahaha..."

As if to confirm Dante's words, the mask on his waist cooperatively let out a demonic laugh.

Kafka and Silver Wolf exchanged glances, both understanding each other's meaning: "The script mission is most important."

No longer paying attention to the existence of this Masked Fool, the two began to survey the entire safe capsule.

Kafka praised, "It seems the evacuation was very well done. Was it Herta's personal instruction?"

Silver Wolf looked at her wristband. "According to the access logs, that woman hasn't logged in here for over half a year.

The evacuation was led by the acting station manager, someone named Asta."

Kafka: "Never heard the name. Elio seemed to say we wouldn't encounter Herta, so it seems she really isn't here."

As she spoke, she subtly glanced at Dante, who was admiring the high-end equipment around them.

"But he also didn't say we'd encounter a Masked Fool."

After a moment of thought, she looked at Silver Wolf again. "Where's the Stellaron?"

Silver Wolf looked around. "Elio's script didn't mention the Stellaron's exact location, which means in the future she saw..."

Kafka finished her sentence, "We didn't find the Stellaron through physical means of movement..."

Silver Wolf mused, "There are so many incredible things in this Space Station; it's not surprising to have such a 'Curio.'"

Kafka said, "Hiding a Curio with a Curio is indeed something that woman would do.

You've been through the catalog for so long; you must have a clue by now."

Silver Wolf put her hands on her hips. "All the necessary clues are there. Now, it just requires a little trick.

Help me investigate the terminal devices in the room; the Curio might be inside."

"Okay!"

Kafka agreed, "I'll watch your performance."

Watching the busy duo, Dante turned his gaze to the Astral Express members.

Fortunately, Dan Heng and March 7th entered the Space Station before the Anti-Matter Legion was strengthened.

Otherwise, facing the Void Ranger army, which had been strengthened several times over, they might not even have been able to enter the Space Station's main gate.

But because of this, they were still unaware of the Anti-Matter Legion being strengthened in the universe.

"What are you waiting for, Group Leader?"

The mask on Dante's waist was very displeased. "Aha is already impatient."

"Don't rush."

Dante comforted him, "I didn't rashly strengthen the Void Rangers inside the Space Station earlier, for fear of disturbing the actors."

As he spoke, the power of the Path of Elation slowly released from the mask on his waist.

"Now that all the actors are in place, there's no need to hold back anymore.

The Aeon of Elation, join me in enjoying the opening ceremony before the arrival of the Aeon of Destruction—Nanook!"

Boom~

Accompanying the sudden loud bang, it felt as if the entire Space Station was shaking.

"What's going on?"

Silver Wolf and Kafka, who had just cracked the mechanism, looked sharply at Dante.

Situations outside the script naturally had something to do with this Masked Fool, who was also outside the script.

"I apologize, everyone."

Dante said helplessly, "I can't help myself. I hope your performance can satisfy the mask.

Otherwise, I don't know what other trouble might arise, you know?"

"Mask!"

Kafka's pupils suddenly contracted. Damn it, that wasn't just decoration.

Even when the mask laughed before, she had only thought it was a gimmick created by Dante, this Masked Fool.

After all, Masked Fools were all fun-loving people who weren't quite right in the head, so a talking mask was indeed normal for them.

But at this moment, an ominous premonition surged in her heart, realizing that the situation's development seemed to have far exceeded her imagination.

"Silver Wolf, there's no time; quickly complete our mission."

"Understood!"

Silver Wolf's expression was also unusually serious, clearly having understood something from Kafka's shocked expression.

She admitted that at first, she did feel a bit bored and wanted to find some interesting fun.

But she never expected that she would end up bringing the biggest fun in the universe.

Now, she herself had become the fun.
