It was around half an hour later that the two monsters heard the sound of a massive door being pushed open. It was the sound of metal that had clearly rusted beeing dragged through the stone floor of the cave.
[ Tempest Communication has been activated. ]
"Rimuru, over there, thats a gate or a entrance, someone's coming this way, hide." Seiran said through the link quickly as he grabbed Rimuru with his hands and ran behind a large stone to the left of the cave.
"Why do we have to do this? That guild master really hates us doesn't he?" A male voice said as he stepped into the cave from the outside.
"Argh…. So many cobwebs, this place is definitely haunted!" A female voice said in turn as she walked inside aswell.
"Why did you hide?" Rimuru questioned in Seirans mind at this moment, clearly showing his confusion.
"Because of how we look you dumbass, you think humans will find us, well the current us, monsters pleasant? They'd rather kill us on sight." Seiran replied instantly using the communication skill.
"Ah… makes sense… especially… with how you look. They wouldn't hurt a cute slime but you…" Rimuru replied.
"Hey, mind you, I look gorgeous and magnificent. They would be honoured to gaze upon me!" Seiran replied jokingly as he flexed his muscles.
Their thought communication was quickly put aside as they once more turned their attention towards the adventurer party that was now inside the cave and walking past them.
[ Tempest Communication has been cut off. ]
'Can you use skill Hidden Ruler to see their skills or Information systems to analyze them?' Sieran asked his skill.
[ Yes. Analysing Targets. ]
[ Targets Analysed successfully. ]

'They… they're really worthless… well besides Eren who is currently hiding herself as a human. Hum, could i?' Serian thought to himself as he focused his thoughts.
'Copy Ice magic skill'
[ Affirmative. Using Hidden Ruler skill to copy target skill. ]
[ Skill targeted : Ice magic. ( Extra Skill ) ]
[ Skill copy successful. ]
'Use skill record and rewrite to analyze the inner workings of the skill before discarding it, don't use a skill slot.' Seiran thought quickly as he stopped the full process from happening.
[ Affirmative. ]
[ Unique Skill Record and Rewrite has been used. ]
[ Extra Skill Ice Magic has been fully recorded and analysed ].
[ Discarding Extra Skill Ice Magic ]
'Try to regain skill Ice magic with the information gathered.' Seiran thought at the same instant that the notification ended.

[ Using Skill Record and Rewrite to use knowledge of Lightning Manipulation and enhance Extra Skill Ice magic. ]

'Nice, I didn't have to use any of the slots of Hidden Ruler thankfully. However this will likely only work with skills like magic where its not something intrinsic to the user or when the skills are just low rank like Extra skills.' Seiran thought to himself.
[ User is correct. ]
'Alright, open communications again.' Seiran thought.
[ Tempest Communication has been opened. ]
"Hey! Why did you cut me off. Lets go before they notice us Seiran." Rimuru practically screamed in his mind as he jumped off Seiran's arms and started quickly bouncing towards the gates before they could close.
Seiran nodded quickly in response as he followed behind him.
"Was talking with my skill, I managed to copy Ice magic from that girl and gain Ice manipulation. You should be able to copy it off me with your predator if I shoot it towards you." Seiran replied inside his mind as the two ran out.
The sunlight instantly hit Seiran directly, his eyes which had been accustomed to full darkness for months now closed on instinct before opening a few moments later.
All around them they could see a large lush forest filled with greenery.
'The Tempest Forest. Future home of the Jura Tempest Federation. And my… new home.' Seiran thought inwardly, feeling a rush of exhilaration.
"We are in the middle of nowhere huh?" Rimuru asked as his bubbly body swished around.
"Yeah seem's so. My skill tells me this is the Jura Forest. Home of monsters, so technically we are at home and we kinda did get born in the cave in here so… yeah." Seiran replied with a chuckle as he continued walking forwards.
'Neither of us are blocking our magicules aura so the goblins should come to meet us soon enough.' Seiran thought inwardly to himself as Rimuru quickly got in pace with him, bouncing by his side.
"Do you want me to hold you?" Seiran questioned as he looked down at Rimuru.
"No, It's fine."
It was at that moment just as the two were walking, not even a few minutes after they had left the cave that they heard the sound of bushes being disturbed.
Turning their heads or well head and body in the case of Rimuru towards the noise, they saw a group of what looked like starved goblins holding makeshift wooden weapons.
"Oh Great Ones! What are you here for!" An old man said as he walked forwards, already bowing towards them.
"Great Ones? What's he talking about Seiran?" Rimuru questioned through the tempest link instantly.
"No idea rim." Seiran replied as he shook his head.
'Maybe its because you have more magicules than even me and by a large fucking margin as a damn slime.' Seiran thought to himself finding the entire situation hilarious.
"Ahem Ahem can you hear me, my name is Rimuru Tempest and this is my brother Seiran Tempest!!!" Rimuru said aloud using what was most likely his sonic wave skill he had gained from the vampire bats. However as this was his first time speaking, it appeared as if he had shouted at the top of his lungs, even the leaves and grass seemed to flutter from the sound.
'Damn it, I forgot Rimuru did this. Thank god I have pain nullification or that shit would have hurt.' Seiran thought.
