Jude stood at the center of her bedroom as he looked across it
The words Scarlett had just spoken rushed through his head several times
"I will leave your life, family, and mansion"

Scarlett looked at him quietly as she had expected anger and she had expected him to remind her that the marriage was just based on a contract and it was bound to come to an end
But he simply stood there as if he had lost something
Outside, rain started to tap softly against the balcony railing and Jude finally broke the silence
"I can see that you've already decided", he said quietly
