Once upon a time, an elephant and her daughter were walking through the jungle. The daughter was very curious about everything she saw and asked her mother a lot of questions. At one point, she asked, "Mother, why are we so big?"
Her mother explained, "We are big because we eat a lot of food."
The daughter thought for a moment and then asked, "But why do we have to eat so much food?"
Again, her mother explained, "It's because we are big."
The daughter was quiet for a while, but then she said, "I don't like being big."
Her mother stopped and looked at her. "Being big is not a bad thing," she said. "It's what makes us who we are. We should be proud of our size."
The daughter thought about this for a while and then said, "I guess you're right, Mother. I'm sorry for being so curious."
"That's okay, my child," said the mother. "It's natural for you to be curious about the world around you. Just always remember to be proud of who you are."
