Ishaan's POV
We started to Bhubaneswar in two cars as we were a a big batch.
Srimayi , Shyamkeerti , Srinivas uncle, Suhani auntie , Shruti auntie and Irasvan uncle got in Rudyash's car. It's a five seater car in which we came from Hyderabad. It can fit 6 people.
The rest of us got into Srinivas Uncle's car which is a seven seater car. We made a extra seat out of old, rock hard pillows.
We had an heated debate on who should take the pillow seat.
At last, I had to sit in ittt!
Rudyash took the driver's seat with Aarush beside him.
I sat in between Indeever and Kriday while Amudha, Karthika and Mriganka sat in the back as Sharadvitha rushed back to her room to grab her phone.
As Sharaditha came, I got up to give her space to walk into the back.
Her face slipped into confusion Amudha, Karthika and Mriganka were sitting in cramped leaving her no place to sit in, " Oh, No. Rudyash!" She turned to Rudyash, where should I sit!?"
Rudyash turned back and replied that she should sit in Aarush's place while Aarush sits beside Kriday, cramped.
Aarush smoothly muttered, " Let her sit beside Indeever or Kriday. She takes up less space than me."
Rudyash looks at him seriously as Aarush gets out of the car, asks me and Sharadvitha to step out and went to the back seat.
He asked if the girls are comfortable with him sitting beside them and they nodded that they are comfortable with him.
Then Aarush asked Amudha to sit in the front with Rudyash.
She agreed to it as if she was waiting for it as Rudyash whipped around, stupefied, turning into a tomato .
Then Aarush sat in the corner of the back seats as Amudha walked up to the passenger seat beside Rudyash.
Me and Sharadvitha exchanged shocked looks which escalated to knowing smirks as I blurted, "You will sit beside Kriday, Akka."
We sat in our respective seats and started to Bhubaneswar as Kriday and Sharadvitha looked nervous.
Sharadvitha's POV
Why do I have to sit beside Kriday! It makes me lose control on my composure as my face feels— hot?
I touch my face and tried to seek a glance of him but he was staring at me in a way that makes my heart skip a beat.
He looks breath taking as always in a Deep Terracotta sweater on a cream shirt with the sleeves rolled up and clay coloured pleated trousers accessoried with a black leather belt.
I turned my gaze to the window as he leans to take the water bottle in the door as he places his hand on the cold glass,he whispered, " Are you comfortable sitting here?"
He was so close that I could feel his breath on my shoulder.
The air felt hot, as I still looked at the window,"Yes, I am comfortable."
He gets back to his position, "Good."
He drinks some water and gave the bottle to Ishaan .
Indeever and Ishaan smirked in unison , "Eyyui~ Kriday!"
Ishaan gave the bottle to Indeever as Rudyash stopped the car due to the traffic.
Rudyash turns back, putting his hand on Amudha's seat, "Kriday, don't try to do anything to my sister."
Amudha pushes his hand on her seat as he said that. She was annoyed by Rudyash's over protective attitude towards me.
He looks at her, tries to touch her chin to make her look at him, " What happened, Bangaram?"
She pushes his hand as every one screamed, "Eyyuiiiiiiii~"
Rudyash looks at us as we screamed it. His gaze alone can stop us — except for me as he is my older brother— duh!
Then he continued to console Amudha .
At last, Amudha told Rudyash that she will tell him it later.
The traffic clears and Rudyash starts driving.
Kriday's POV
Rudyash! Why is he so against of me liking Sharu?!
She looks drop dead gorgeous in that Moss green gold accent Turnic kurti with side draw strings and a high waisted blue jeans with gold bangles, gold jhumkas and a simple gold necklace and a terracotta hand bag.
I can't take my eyes of her.
I hear my phone ring.
It's a message from her.
" Don't mind about Rudyash, you know, I know about him and his over protectiveness ."
As soon I read it , I let out a smile as turned to her.
She turned to the window as soon as she saw me look at her.
I typed, "Ok, Salik. You are looking more Sobit in that dress, yk."
She looked confused as she read it as she typed, " What's Salik and Sobit?"
"Sobit means beautiful." I replied
"And Salik?"
"I will tell you later." I ended the conversation as Ishaan and Indeever were dying to see what I was texting.
She turned to me in utter disappointment as she read it.
"Don't search it in the internet, only I should tell you its meaning." I turned to her as I shut Ishaan's mouth with my hand .
Indeever smirked, " Some one's gonna confess ~"
Rudyash's knuckles turned white as his grip tightened on the steering wheel as he heard it.
He looked at Indeever angrily through the Rear view mirror making Indeever stop.
Just then, Irasvan uncle called to inform Rudyash to stop the car at the ABC café ahead as Shyamkeerti demanded to try the food .
Amudha's POV
We entered the café and it was so aesthetic!
The adults sat in one table as the rest of us sat in one.
We ordered so much delicious food!
Kriday looks at Sharadvitha, " Salik, pass me the tissues." He stretched out his hand and signalled her to give it to her.
Sharu reached out to take the tissues as Rudyash grabbed it and gave it to Kriday.
I excused myself from the table, dragging Rudyash with me.
We were near the hand wash basin as I let go of Rudyash's wrist.
Rudyash clutched his wrist in pain, I could tell it even though his face was rock solid in a poker face.
"What's wrong with you?" He asked, pulling me closer by my waist.
I repeated the same question to him, pushing him away lightly.
"About what, Bangaram?" He stepped closer.
"About Kriday and Sharu." I stepped back, " She likes Kriday, so does he. Let them be together."
He leans in, " I don't want Sharu to have a boyfriend until she sees me get married to you." He winks at me, " But, if this is what you then, I approve of them."
A smile ran across his face.
" You already approved them." I blurted, " You are acting like you don't as when Sharu sat beside Kriday in the car, you were secretly happy that she was getting closer to him."
I stepped forward, "Every time you acted angry on them, you would smirk after they believed your act." I held his hands as he suddenly found the basin interesting, "Admit it"
