Two fat teardrops dropped on the ground and I sniffed, angrily scrubbing it off as my stomach grumbled loudly.
I was about to resume my scrubbing when I saw two pristine shoes in my line of sight. I stiffened, my spine going straight cause I hadn't heard anyone approaching.
I glanced up tentatively, a breath catching in my throat at the stranger from yesterdays breakfast.

He was in casual clothes but he still looked hot as hell in it.
His eyes slowly raked over me, and my face instantly flushed in embarrassment because I was covered in dirt and right here on the ground.
"Why are you cleaning? Are you supposed to be doing this?"
He questioned, sounding confused and my face flamed even more, especially when I hurriedly tried standing up, only to end him falling back on my knees from being too weak from hunger.
His eyes widened and he reached out to steady me.
