Chapter 839: Feel! Miko! Chlammy! Stephanie! Hatsuse Izuna! The Girls Who Want to Follow Him
"Shiro, there is something I need to tell you right now."
"Big brother, what is it?" Shiro tilted her small head up, nuzzling against his chin like an affectionate kitten seeking warmth.
"It is about us needing to leave."
"Leave?" Shiro blinked, her large, calculating eyes widening in sudden confusion.
Before Ren could explain further, the heavy oak door to their bedroom swung open with a loud clatter.
"What about us?!" a chorus of indignant, distinctly feminine voices rang out in perfect unison.
A veritable stampede of girls flooded into the room, completely shattering the quiet intimacy Ren and Shiro had been sharing.
Leading the charge was a short, red-haired girl. She planted her hands firmly on her hips, her emerald green eyes flashing with urgency as she leaned forward. "Brother Ren, where exactly are you going? Aren't you taking us with you?"
This was Stephanie Dola.
She bore an uncanny resemblance to Corone Dola. She had the same soft, wavy scarlet hair cut short, fair skin, and a remarkably generous figure that strained against her clothing. She wore her signature royal attire: a tailored English-style short dress paired with a pristine white hooded cloak.
Despite her royal blood as the granddaughter of the late King of Elkia—the final nation of Imanity—and her current status as the Duchess of the Elkia Federation, Stephanie possessed a gentle, hopelessly naive personality. In a world where games and wagers dictated the very laws of reality, her trusting nature often made her an easy target, leading her to become the victim of countless schemes. Yet, she was far from foolish. She boasted an exceptional grasp of the kingdom's political landscape, operated with surprising administrative flexibility, and maintained top-tier academic grades.
She was one of the very first allies Ren had made in this world.
Shiro knew it. And Stephanie certainly knew it.
Her relationship with Ren was uniquely complicated. Ren knew she was fundamentally a righteous, well-meaning girl, but she harbored a distinct masochistic streak. They frequently engaged in highly physical 'little games' behind closed doors, much to her flustered, blushing delight.
"I want to be with Brother Ren too!" shouted a girl with long, flowing black hair, pushing her way past Stephanie.
Chlammy Zell.
Originally a spy for Elven Gard, she had participated in the Next King Selection tournament in a desperate bid to preserve the last remnants of Imanity. Backed by potent Elven magic, she had nearly succeeded, even crushing Stephanie in the process.
Ultimately, she was outplayed and utterly defeated by Shiro.
Following her defeat, the layers of her deception unraveled. Her true identity as a slave to the Elves was laid bare. Ren, however, stepped in and effortlessly dismantled her chains, solving her deepest dilemma with overwhelming power. Since then, she had remained firmly by his side, donning a maid's uniform and frequently taking up the highly personal duty of warming his bed.
"You absolutely cannot leave me behind!" The Elf girl standing right beside Chlammy puffed out her cheeks, her tone dead serious.
Feel Nilvalen.
Outwardly, she looked like a delicate fifteen-year-old girl, complete with the signature long, sweeping ears of an Elf, soft, fluffy golden hair, and a surprisingly voluptuous chest. In reality, she was fifty-two.
She was Chlammy's original master, but more, her closest friend. Beneath her naturally gentle, almost airheaded exterior lay a terrifyingly sharp mind capable of executing flawless psychological warfare.
Born into the prestigious Nilvalen family—a lineage that had held a dominant seat in the Upper House of Elven Gard for generations—she had become the de facto head of the family following her predecessor's death. Due to the Elven slavery system, she was legally Chlammy's owner. Yet, Feel treated her entirely as an equal. For Chlammy's sake, Feel wouldn't hesitate to burn her own country to the ground. To an outside observer, their dynamic often mirrored a fiercely protective mother and daughter rather than friends.
For years, Feel had played the fool. Despite her noble blood, she pretended to barely scrape by as a Dual Caster, relying heavily on magical amplifiers. This act earned her an expulsion from White Tree Tower, the nation's highest magic academy, and the mocking moniker: the Disgrace of Nilvalen.
The reality? She was a super-first-class Hexa Caster, capable of weaving six complex spells simultaneously. She even kept the terrifying ability to cast Septuple Magic hidden as her ultimate trump card.
Playing the pig to eat the tiger, she had been secretly orchestrating a grand conspiracy to liberate the slaves. In Elven Gard, a nation built on the subjugation of lesser races, this was the highest form of treason.
Through Chlammy, she had crossed paths with Ren. Under his guidance, her lifelong dream of slave liberation was achieved with laughable ease.
From that day forward, she had devoted herself to Ren. The relationship between the three of them—Ren, Chlammy, and Feel—had evolved into something wonderfully decadent and deeply intertwined.
"And us!!!" five other voices chimed in simultaneously from the back of the group.
Among them were two striking figures sporting fox ears and tails.
Hatsuse Izuna and the Miko.
Izuna possessed vibrant blue-purple hair, deep purplish-red eyes, and the softest fox ears and tail. She was a rare Blood Destruction user among the Warbeasts. When she activated this latent power, her eyes and body hair would shift to a brilliant crimson, pushing her physical capabilities far beyond the established laws of physics. However, the toll it took on her body was immense, often threatening her very life.
She was a girl who loved eating fish and playing video games. Yet, because she carried the crushing weight of her race's expectations, she had forgotten how to find joy in gaming. That changed when she lost to Shiro—a defeat that finally allowed her to experience the genuine thrill of play.
Ren had taken things a step further, completely eradicating the physical backlash of her Blood Destruction. Because of this, she clung to him constantly. Thanks to Ren's masterful petting techniques, she had become thoroughly addicted to his touch and deeply attached to his scent. Outside of games, she was adorably clueless, but put a controller in her hands, and her learning capacity was nothing short of monstrous.
Beside her stood the Miko.
Though a Warbeast, her status was absolute. She was the Plenipotentiary of the Eastern Union, the undisputed queen of her race.
She boasted cascading golden hair, slender golden fox ears, and two majestic golden tails. Dressed in a traditional shrine maiden outfit woven from white, red, and black, she peered through a pair of elegant glasses. She looked no older than twenty, yet her archaic tone and calculated mannerisms betrayed a much older soul—though bringing up her actual age was a guaranteed way to incur her wrath.
Like Izuna, she possessed the Blood Destruction trait, meaning her aging process was drastically slowed. After pushing herself to the limit, she found that having Ren stroke her tails was the only way to completely wash away her deep-seated fatigue.
This was the woman who had single-handedly unified the countless warring tribes of the archipelago, forging the Eastern Union from a thousand years of bloody civil war. Within fifty years, she had elevated her people to become the third-largest nation in the world. To the Warbeasts, she was a living god.
And yet, even this living god had been thoroughly conquered by Ren.
Looking at the beautiful fox girls gathered before him, Ren couldn't help but smirk. He finally understood the legendary joy of King Zhou of Shang. The man had ruined a dynasty for a fox spirit, and honestly? Ren couldn't blame him.
In fact, he was already making future plans. Once he had the chance, he fully intended to bring Tingyun, Baiheng, Yukong, and any other gorgeous Foxians he could find into his fold, perfectly recreating that mythical, indulgent paradise.
Besides the fox girls, the last three arrivals were incredibly special.
Leading them was Emir-Eins.
An Ex Machina who had survived for six thousand long years, enduring the passage of eras for one singular purpose: to find Ren.
