They are looking me dead in the eyes, daring me to do something, anything in my defense that would make them triggered enough to eat my eyes out, I'm shaking everywhere, my hands cold against my folded body, I'm closing my eyes because the horror in front of me is too much to bear, these eagles look like evil spirits, they could easily peck me to death and share my remains with the vultures.
I can hear cawing sounds now, like they're calling more of themselves so they can share this bounty feast together, the caw is getting louder, so sharp, the high pitched squeaks are almost deafening.
I open my eyes for some reason I don't know, and I can see one of the eagle jumping towards me, the sharp talons in its feet extending, going for my face, I scream at the top of my lungs.
