Anthea's hands flew to her mouth. Her eyes went wide. The anger on her face dissolved into something else. Excitement.
"You did not," Anthea said.
Vessara shook her head. "I did."
"With who?" She demanded.
"A man."
"What man? Where did you meet him? How did it happen? Was it good? Was he good? How old is he? Is he hot? Tell me everything right now!" She yelped.
Vessara held up one hand. "Which question do you want me to answer first?"
Anthea breathed out heavily. She closed her eyes for a moment. When she opened them, she looked calmer. "Answer everything. Start from the party. The one you were dying hard to go to."
Vessara nodded. "Okay. I kinda felt out of place at the party. But people really complimented me."
"You are a star! I can imagine Thea's look."
"Thea introduced me to some guys. One of them secretly followed me when I needed to clear my head."
Anthea raised her brows. "That's creepy."
"Anyway, he tried to force himself on me."
