CeCe stood quietly beside the dungeon gate while the others continued discussing the strange creature.
Her eyes however remained fixed on Min Gui. Zenobius was speaking to him calmly about the monster and the sword, but CeCe barely heard anything they were saying. She was still stunned that he had not disappeared yet.
For some reason, she thought the moment the creature died, he would vanish like smoke again.
But he remained there. CeCe swallowed before walking toward him carefully. Her heart was beating harder than she wanted to admit.
"Did you hear what it said about..."
"Nah." Min Gui answered before she even finished talking.
CeCe stared at him in disbelief. That was it?
Nah?!
The others around them looked confused too, but nobody dared question him.
CeCe however could not understand how someone this powerful could openly act like he did not care about something so dangerous without minding what others thought.
Then again… This was Min Gui.
