Eldar
Aeldari, the archaic Eldar term for their entire species (mostly unused since the Fall, as it does not refer to the diaspora), are an ancient naturally psychic race of elf-like humanoids created as weapons by the Old Ones to win the War in Heaven in the aftermath of which their Empire dominated the Galaxy through its use of the Webway, but their empire has since collapsed and now they are a dying race.
Eldrad Ulthran
Eldrad Ulthran, whose name means "First of Ulthwé", is the chief Farseer of the Ulthwé Craftworld (although he was briefly exiled). Eldrad is one of the oldest living Aeldari in the galaxy. He is perhaps the most gifted psyker amongst the Eldar, his incredible foresight is the most accurate and powerful of any Farseer having saved the Aeldari race many times Eldrad has broken Titans, boiled the blood of Daemons and slain kings and heroes without number. Eldrad carries the ancient Staff of Ulthamar into battle, and since the 13th Black Crusade, Eldrad is considered a Legendary Hero, his name synonymous with wisdom, foresight, and self-sacrifice.
