Edith smiled warmly and shook her head at her sister's romantic notions. "Viktor was actually quite intimidated by me back then. He did want to propose first, but he was terrified I would refuse him because I am the Alpha Princess. Our statuses did not match in society, and that was his biggest concern, so he chose to remain quiet. By then, we were already in senior high school."
