The portal, set up on the outskirts of the Academy, was strictly managed.
Creak.
As I entered through the firmly closed iron gate, the gatekeeper appeared and asked our destination.
"Where are you heading?"
"To Mountain Lurben."
"There's no direct route to Mountain Lurben. You'll have to take the portal to the capital and then travel from there."
"Please open the portal to the capital."
Professor Moorta grinned, saying she had already arranged a carriage for us.
After a short wait in the waiting room, the portal was ready.
Swoosh.
I confirmed the blue light enveloping me, then closed my eyes. When I opened them…
"Welcome to the capital!"
I was in the waiting room of the capital's portal where I’d been a couple of times.
"Alright, let's head out. The carriage should be waiting for us!"
The carriage waiting outside the building was quite large… although not as grand as the white carriage of the Atlante Mansion.
