(Jay's POV)
The yacht slowed as we got closer.
The noise didn't stop, but something shifted.
The island came into view slowly.
Wide, open, too clean to feel real.
"…what the hell is that?" Freya said.
Mica stepped forward, eyes wide.
"It's so pretty…"
Ella didn't react immediately.
She just watched quietly, then spoke.
"…this isn't normal."
"It's just an island," Percy said.
Freya scoffed.
"No, this is not just anything."
Cin leaned over the edge, too excited.
"WE'RE HERE!"
"Don't jump," Aries said calmly.
"I won't… maybe."
"Cin."
"Fine."
Section E didn't react much.
They had seen it before.
Blaster stretched lazily.
"Same place."
Drew nodded.
"Still rich."
Felix smirked.
"Still unnecessary."
Normal for them.
But the others weren't normal.
They were staring.
At the mansion.
From here, it looked unreal.
White walls, glass reflecting light, too perfect.
"…we're staying there?" Mica asked softly.
"Yes," I said.
She looked at me again, still surprised.
"…wow."
We stepped onto the sand.
Warm, soft, grounding.
Then we walked toward it.
"I'm taking the best room," Freya said.
"You don't decide that," Ella replied calmly.
"I already did."
"No, you didn't."
Mica laughed softly beside them.
Calix sighed.
"This is starting already."
"Let them fight," Percy said.
"Always," Aries added.
We reached the entrance.
The doors opened slowly.
And this time—everyone stopped.
"…okay," Freya said quietly.
"This is insane," Ella added.
Mica stepped inside carefully, almost gently.
"It's so big…"
The hall stretched wide in front of us.
High ceilings, soft light, open space everywhere.
Clean, polished, but not empty.
Everything placed perfectly without feeling forced.
They noticed the size.
The space.
The luxury.
"THIS IS HUGE!" Blaster shouted.
"I'm getting lost here," Drew said.
"You're already lost," Felix replied.
"I hate you."
"Mutual."
Noise filled the space again.
But I didn't move.
Because I saw it.
The colors were softer now.
Not sharp, not cold like before.
The furniture felt lighter.
More space between everything.
And the small things—
cushions, textures, placement.
Things I had mentioned once.
Casually.
Without thinking.
And now they were here.
Everywhere.
Not obvious to them.
But clear to me.
I didn't need to ask.
I already knew.
He changed it.
Not for them.
For me.
"…this place is crazy," Freya said again.
"I'm not leaving," Drew added.
"You're not staying either," Aries replied.
Mica was still smiling softly.
Ella just observed everything quietly.
No one noticed the difference.
Not really.
Only me.
I didn't turn, but I spoke anyway.
"…you changed it."
A small pause behind me.
Then his voice, calm as always.
"Only a little."
I nodded slightly.
"…liar."
Because it wasn't little.
Not even close.
And for the first time—
this place didn't feel like his.
It felt like
he made space for me in it.
(Keifer's POV)
The beach was loud.
Too loud.
Water splashing.
Cin shouting.
Percy laughing like nothing mattered.
Freya had already pushed someone in.
Blaster yelling.
Drew enjoying it like a show.
Everyone was in their own chaos.
And she wasn't.
She sat on a rock near the edge.
Close enough for the waves to reach her feet.
But not enough to pull her in.
Exactly where I wanted her to be.
The water touched her feet lightly.
Then pulled back again.
She didn't move.
Didn't try to go further.
Good.
She picked up the camera.
Not her phone.
A proper one.
And lifted it.
Click.
Cin mid-splash.
Click.
Freya laughing.
Click.
Mica smiling.
Click.
She was focused.
Quiet.
Like the noise didn't reach her.
I didn't go into the water.
Didn't feel like it.
Instead—
I stepped back slightly.
Took out my phone.
And pointed it at her.
Click.
She didn't notice.
Good.
Click.
Her hair moving slightly with the wind.
Click.
The way she leaned forward to capture something.
Click.
Her smile when someone almost fell.
Click.
Every small moment.
I didn't stop.
Because for once—
she wasn't fighting anything.
She was just… being.
And I wanted that.
I wanted to keep that.
Then—
she turned slightly.
Not fully.
But enough.
She noticed.
Her eyes met mine.
And instead of stopping—
she posed.
Quick.
Natural.
A small tilt of her head.
A soft smile.
Like she knew exactly what she was doing.
I exhaled quietly.
"…oh my baby," I whispered under my breath.
She caught that.
Of course she did.
I walked toward her.
Slow.
Stopped right in front of her.
She looked up at me.
Still sitting there.
I tilted my head slightly.
Then leaned down—
and placed a small, soft kiss on her cheek.
Just a peck.
Nothing more.
For a moment—
she just looked at me.
"…what was that for?" she asked.
I didn't look away.
"I fall more deep in love with you."
A pause.
Then she rolled her eyes.
"…oh, really?"
I smirked.
Didn't answer.
Because I didn't need to.
She already knew.
