Chapter 6 - Secondary migration (re-continued)

(You couldn't tell inspiration hit me once again and I'm ready to re-continue the story with a bunch of new chapters and ideas for the main character in the main cast)

As Garrett woke up one morning he was fed up fighting barrioth every day running from deviljho and grimclaw tigrex and he came up with the simplest solution ever just leave which is exactly what he did after eating some dragonfell berries he started going east as he traveled he ran into a lot of different monsters he actually watched an anjanath fight an narjarala and narjarala ended up wining it was actually a pretty interesting fight to watch narjarala Dodged the first bike coiled around constricted it then bid it on his body but anjanath broke free beat down on it thrashed it around and threw it away before I could continue the paralysis caught up causing it to lock up and narjarala escaped as he continued he looking for a new home.

Eventually he came across a massive shrubland expanse with a massive lake and marsh ending in a water leading towards the ocean with towering redwood trees their was an rocky quarry over to the left a massive meadow to the right and rising platues in front and an large forest behind him as he stepped onto the short grass he looked around an narjarala coiled up sleeping peacefully in the tall grass an plesioth resting in the lake brush and an rathian patrolling the land honestly the perfect composition for a thunder monster to slip in and dominate as the lightning apex his lightning bugs swirled around him as he went looking for territory going to a massive tree taking refuge in the hollowed trunk.

(those conveniently large trees that have an massive opening at the top of the trunk and branches extending past to build a tree canopy over the trunk)

After rubbing his body all over the tree with tuffs of fur littered everywhere he scouted around the tree relatively untouched so he was good as the sun was starting to say he was going to hunt some pray before closing his eyes and hunkering down for the night as he scaled down the tree into the grass as an herd of aptonoth eating shrubs he snuck up on them and leaped onto the Unsuspecting female fighting her on the neck will client that her body as the fulgar bugs provided small static shock anytime she struggled too hard as her family scattered he gorged himself before leaving her corpse in the open returning to his nest and going to sleep he would rather avoid leading one of the older Apex is right to his front door.
