I didn't think traveling to Caracas would be so quick; it didn't take more than a few minutes.

Time for action!
Marco was in an apartment, at a table with photos of the leaders of the Los Solaris Cartel and a negotiator from Eastern Europe.
Cooler had managed to get an outfit to "disguise" himself from the public; he wore sunglasses and a wig.
Marco then says:
"For the place we're going, it won't be necessary to dress like that; you can take off the disguise." Marco says.
Cooler uses his telekinesis to remove his disguise and says:
"I hope that at least the henchmen don't scream so much when I'm killing them, it's annoying." Cooler says.
Marco chuckles slightly and says:
"You kill the henchmen in seconds and still complain about screaming? I don't think you'd last a few days in Kuwait fighting the Iraqis if you weren't an alien." Marco says.
Cooler then replies:
"I've killed enemies as strong as Captain Ginyu, but none of them screamed like the Earthlings, and that really annoys me." Cooler replies.
Marco then sees on television that a gang war is taking place in a neighborhood of Caracas.
Marco gets up from his chair, goes to the apartment window and asks:
"I need you to take me there, can you help me with that, Cooler?"
Cooler then replies:
"I'll help you, but I won't interfere; you can eliminate those cannon fodder." Cooler replies.
Cooler uses his telekinesis on Marco and launches him into flight to the location.

Cooler leaves Marco on the ground two blocks from the site of the gang war.
Marco unlocks his .45 and says:
"Time for the Venezuelan gangs to meet me." Marco says.
Cooler then says:
"Good luck!" Cooler says.
Marco senses the bandits' vital energy and goes towards them.
When Marco arrives at the epicenter of the gang war, he finds several thugs shooting at each other.
Marco approaches a bandit from behind and shoots him in the head, killing him. A gray orb emerges, and Marco absorbs its vital energy.
Marco then realizes he should be even more lethal than he was, he should stop holding back, no one there was innocent, and so a massacre begins.
Marco uses his speed and eliminates five bandits in a matter of seconds, and gray orbs fly towards him, frightening the bandits.
One of the bandits looks at Marco and shouts:
"¡Alto todo! ¡La bestia americana ha llegado a Venezuela! ¡El Punisher está aquí!" shouts one of the bandits.
Marco then says:
"I am the Punisher, I came to visit Venezuela, you are a welcome message." Marco says.
Marco reloads his .45 and instead of defending himself, he rushes into the middle of the shootout and shoots at the bandits.
One of the bandits grabs a shotgun and shoots Marco in the head, destroying half his face, but to the bandit's surprise, Marco remained standing.
Marco regenerates quickly, looks at the bandit, grabs an Uzi, and shoots the bandit.
Marco enters an old building and is shot at by thugs, but they end up being killed after Marco cleans out the building and absorbs their vital energy.
Marco sensed that some bandits were escaping and he decided to put an end to them.
Marco uses his speed to approach the cars where the bandits were, and with his strength, he knocks the car over.
Three bandits emerge from the car, severely wounded, and find themselves face to face with Marco, who stares coldly at them.
One of the bandits says:
"¿Cómo acabó Punisher aquí? ¡No somos vuestros enemigos, volved a Estados Unidos!" Says one of the bandits.
Marco chuckles slightly and says:
"I want Caracas to know that I am here and you are my letter of welcome." Marco says.
Marco shoots the three bandits, and they end up dying. Gray orbs emerge from them, which Marco absorbs.
Ding!
[Random mission: kill 30 bandits (completed)]
[Reward: 20 AR-15 rifles.]
A portal opened and 20 AR-15 rifles fell to the ground.
Cooler appears in front of Marco and says:
"It took three minutes, but it could have been faster." Cooler says.
Marco then points to the 20 AR-15 rifles and asks:
"Can you help me with these rifles?" Marco asks.
Cooler chuckles slightly and replies:
"That's like lifting a feather to me; I can lift a planet the size of Jupiter on my back. Of course I can help you." Cooler replies.
Cooler uses his telekinesis to levitate the AR-15 rifles and Marco, launching them back into the apartment.

In a mansion in Caracas, a bigwig in the criminal underworld was sleeping in his bed when his cell phone rang and he woke up to see who it was.
This bigwig answers the phone and a voice with a Russian accent says:
"Paco Hernandéz, you have two weeks to deposit the amount of money I requested for the nuclear warhead, or you can expect retaliation, and you know what happens to those who don't pay me, so be aware of that." Says someone with a Russian accent.
Paco is terrified and says:
"I will pay the 85 million euros; let's not make such hasty decisions. You will have your money within two weeks." Paco says.
The voice, with a Russian accent, then says:
"That's right, that's how I do business. Everyone pays me, and no family member disappears. Anyone who tries to cheat me ends up paying a very high price." Says the voice with a Russian accent.
The Russian-accented voice on the other end of the phone hangs up, and Paco goes back to bed.
After a few seconds, the phone rings again, but this time, Paco answers and a voice says:
"You shouldn't have gotten involved in this, and now I'm not going to let a cartel have a nuclear warhead. I don't care about decimating your cannon fodder, but know that I'm watching you." The voice says.
The voice hangs up the phone on the other end of the line, and Paco simply throws the phone away.
Paco goes back to sleep, but knowing that someone is watching him and he must find a way to pay the 85 million euros or he could be killed.
