It's not so easy to find a CIA or SHIELD agent inside Venezuela; it should be easier, Colombia is a government allied with the United States.
It doesn't matter, we'll cross the Venezuelan border and deliver the nuclear warhead to the CIA or SHIELD agent.
Marco was in the city of San Cristóbal, a city that borders Colombia, it was the early morning of December 15th, at 3:45 AM.
Marco sees that there was no one walking down the street at that hour and tells Cooler that he can remove his disguise and says:
"It's really annoying having to use a disguise to avoid drawing attention; this mission took much longer than expected." Cooler says.
Marco then says:
"The mission was delayed only because they hid the nuclear warhead in another city; if we had found it before them, the mission would have been completed by at least the end of November." Marco says.
Cooler then says:
"You're still being lenient; with your power level, you should be sweeping through several cartels like it's nothing." Cooler says.
Marco then asks:
"Where is the robot from planet Galatron?" Marco asks.
Cooler then replies:
"Don't worry, you're in a good place, I'd say the safest place in Latin America: my body." Cooler replies.
Marco gets confused and asks:
"So you can absorb nuclear artifacts? Why didn't you just tell me that?" Marco asks.
Cooler then replies:
"I've been thrown into the sun and survived, do you think a nuclear warhead is going to kill me? I trained hard to surpass my brother's potential and even then I lost to Son Goku twice. If the nuclear warhead carried the power of Son Goku, then I'd be scared, but this thing only kills ordinary humans and low-level mutants. " Cooler replies.
Marco then says:
"Okay, let's just leave this country and hand the nuclear warhead over to some SHIELD or CIA agent." Marco says.
Marco and Cooler then take flight and leave Venezuela.

Marco and Cooler land on the ground at a Miami beach.
Marco takes a deep breath and says:
"Finally, back again." Marco says.
Cooler then asks:
"Do you know any real SHIELD or CIA agents?" Cooler asks.
Marco then replies:
"There's a secret SHIELD base here in Miami, just follow me and I'll show you." Marco replies.
Marco then takes flight and Cooler follows.
A few seconds pass and Marco lands on the ground near an old coffee shop.
Cooler then asks:
"Is this where the base is located? In a coffee shop?" Cooler asks.
Marco then replies:
"In the 1950s, it was a coffee shop that Elvis Presley frequented when he came to Florida. After a few years the coffee shop went bankrupt, but a SHIELD agent named Stephen Watts bought the coffee shop and today it serves as a SHIELD base." Marco replies.
Cooler then asks:
"Okay, but how do you know that?" Cooler asks.
Marco then replies:
"I came here a long time ago, back in my early years as a vigilante; I discovered this Shield base by chance." Marco replies.
Cooler then uses his telekinesis and opens the door to the coffe shop.
Marco then enters the coffe shop and goes to a wall, and that wall opens up, and Marco says:
"This way, follow me." Marco says.
Marco and Cooler go downstairs and find a SHIELD arsenal of weapons and encounter a SHIELD agent who becomes angry and says:
"What are you doing here?!?!?! This is a secret SHIELD base, you're committing a federal crime by invading this base. " says a Shield agent.
Marco then says:
"I shouldn't say this, but now that I'm at a SHIELD base, Nick Fury will soon find out. There was a cartel in Venezuela that possessed a nuclear warhead; I removed the nuclear warhead from them. Now you should keep an eye on what's happening in Latin America." Marco says.
Marco then orders:
"Cooler, remove the nuclear warhead." Marco orders.
Cooler then detaches a part of his tail, and from there the tail transforms into a robot. The robot then expels a nuclear warhead, which the SHIELD agent places on a table.
The Shield agent then asks:
"Who delivered a nuclear warhead to a Venezuelan cartel?" asks a Shield agent.
Marco then replies:
"All you need to know is that the nuclear warhead is now here; I'll take the rest into account." Marco replies.
Marco and Cooler then use their speed and get out of there.
...
Marco and Cooler stop near a remote area of Miami, then Marco picks up a hoi-poi pod and throws it on the ground, releasing a capsule house.
Cooler then asks:
"Is this a technology from your world?" Cooler asks.
Marco then replies:
"No, it's from Earth, from your universe." Marco replies.
Cooler then says:
"Interesting, I didn't know that Earthlings could create such technology." Cooler says.
Marco then enters the capsule house and says:
"Come on in, it's not as small as you think." Marco says.
Marco then enters, and soon after, Cooler enters.
Meanwhile, news would catch Shield's attention, raising concerns about the possibility of cartels in Latin America possessing nuclear warheads.
And this news would reach the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. and then the Avengers.
For now, Marco would go to sleep unaware of the tsunami that this news would be.
