Chapter 24 - chapter 24

The Void-Wood now hung over the coast of Slaver's Bay like a silent, judgmental moon. Below, the city of Meereen was a hive of golden harpy statues and screaming desperation. But inside the celestial forest, the atmosphere was much more... domestic.

Aurelion, the Seventh Lord, was currently sitting on the floor of the Council Chamber, accidentally turning the obsidian tiles into translucent emerald because he liked the color green. Egg was trying to show him a miniature Void-Drake, while Dunk stood guard, looking like a mountain of starlight-metal.

The Confrontation at the Great Pyramid

Daenerys Targaryen stood on her balcony, staring up at the floating forest. Her three dragons—Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion—were shrieking, their primal instincts telling them that the "Mother" was no longer the most powerful thing in the sky.

Suddenly, a rift of violet light tore open on her terrace. Out stepped the Council of the Silence.

Thranduil led the way, his sheer presence causing the Unsullied guards to drop their spears in a state of involuntary peace.

Egg stepped forward, his eyes widening. "They're so... small," he whispered, looking at Dany's dragons. "And so angry."

Kaelen brought up the rear, carrying Aurelion on his hip.

"I am Daenerys Stormborn," she began, her voice trembling but defiant. "Fire and Blood—"

"Actually," Kaelen interrupted, manifesting a comfortable armchair and sitting down. "It's Silence and Starlight now. We've updated the patch notes for this reality. Also, your dragons have indigestion. Too much burnt mutton, not enough cosmic radiation."

The Dragon-Speaker's Lesson

Egg walked toward Drogon. The black dragon lunged, a gout of fire erupting from its throat. Egg didn't move. He simply raised a hand, and the fire turned into a cloud of harmless lavender butterflies.

"Be still, little cousin," Egg murmured.

The Draconic Harmonization

Egg used his Sixth Lord authority to reach into the genetic code of Dany's dragons.

Purification: He washed away the madness and stunted growth caused by centuries of poor breeding.

Ascension: He infused them with a drop of "Void-Essence."

In seconds, the three dragons tripled in size. Their scales took on a metallic, iridescent sheen, and their eyes turned from reptilian yellow to the deep, cosmic violet of the Void-Drakes. They didn't roar; they hummed.

The Seventh Lord's First Decree

While Egg handled the dragons, Aurelion squirmed out of Kaelen's arms. He toddled over to the edge of the balcony and looked down at the sprawling city of Meereen, filled with slave pens and poverty.

The toddler pointed a chubby finger at the city. "Dirty," he said clearly.

The Transmutation of Meereen:

A ripple of iridescent light washed over the city.

The Great Pyramid's stone turned into self-cleaning white marble.

The iron chains in the slave pits didn't just break; they turned into bouquets of jasmine.

The stagnant water in the canals turned into crisp, revitalizing nectar.

"He's a bit of a perfectionist," Kaelen noted to a stunned Daenerys. "Slavery is mathematically inefficient in a post-scarcity Void economy, so we've just... deleted the concept. Everyone is a freelance gardener now."

The High Inquisitor's Snark

Olenna Tyrell stepped through the rift, looking at Daenerys's elaborate silk gown. "A bit theatrical, isn't it? And those titles... 'Breaker of Chains'? My great-grandson just turned your chains into floral arrangements. You'll need a new resume, dear."

Galadriel stood beside her, her gaze piercing Dany's soul. "You sought to conquer with fire, Daughter of Dragons. But the Void offers a throne that does not burn. Will you serve the Silence, or shall we relocate you to a very nice, quiet island in a dimension consisting entirely of kittens?"

Daenerys looked at her transformed dragons, then at the god-like family before her. She knelt. Not in fear, but in the realization that the world she tried to build was a sandcastle compared to the fortress of the Void.

The Eight Pillars of the New World

Kaelen stood up, ruffling Aurelion's hair. "Right. Meereen is clean, the dragons are upgraded, and I believe Dunk has found a very large sandwich in the kitchens."

"I have, Master," Dunk rumbled from the back, holding a loaf of bread the size of a shield.

"Thranduil," Kaelen said as they prepared to return to the floating island. "Tell the Inquisitors to start the paperwork for Essos. I want the entire continent integrated by the weekend. I'm thinking of turning the Dothraki Sea into an actual sea. With whales. Space whales."

Thranduil bowed. "As you wish, Father. I shall inform the whales."
