Riyan's behavior hurt Sara deeply. Crying helplessly, she ran away from the office. Riyan immediately followed her, but not because he truly cared about her pain — he was only worried about what the office staff might think about him.
When Riyan finally reached her, Sara spoke in frustration and pain.
"I wore these clothes not because I liked them," she cried. "I wore them because you wanted me to. I changed myself for your happiness… but I never thought that the person I loved would treat me like this."
After saying that, Sara walked away sadly.
For the first time, Riyan realized his mistake.
When he returned home later, he found Sara sitting alone in a corner, crying quietly. Riyan slowly went near her, gently touched her hair, held his ears apologetically, and said,
"Darling, I know what I did was wrong. I hurt you a lot, and I truly don't deserve forgiveness. I'm really very sorry."
Hearing his apology, Sara melted once again and hugged him tightly because despite everything, she still loved him deeply.
But even after that, nothing truly became normal. In fact, things only started getting worse.
The very next morning, something happened that Sara had never even imagined in her worst nightmare.
She got ready and went toward Riyan's room. But as she reached near the door, she noticed a pair of women's shoes lying outside his room.
A strange fear rose inside her heart.
Slowly, she opened the door.
The moment she stepped inside, her foot accidentally touched something on the floor. Confused, she looked down and froze in shock.
Scattered on the floor were women's clothes mixed together with Riyan's clothes.
Sara's eyes widened in disbelief.
Slowly, she stood up and looked toward the bed…
And what she saw completely shattered her.
Riyan and Alice were sleeping peacefully in each other's arms.
Sara's entire body went numb. Her hands and legs became weak, and her phone slipped from her trembling fingers onto the floor.
The sound woke Riyan and Alice up.
Still half asleep, they looked at each other lovingly, touched each other's faces, and even kissed each other right in front of Sara.
Sara stood there silently, watching everything with tear-filled eyes. She still could not believe what she was seeing.
The man she had considered her entire world… had betrayed her so cruelly.
A few moments later, Riyan and Alice finally noticed Sara standing there.
The moment Riyan saw her, all the color disappeared from his face. Panicking, he quickly got out of bed and rushed toward her.
"Darling, it's not what you think!" he said desperately.
But this time, Sara did not let him come near her.
Gathering whatever strength she had left, she stepped back, turned around, and ran away from there crying.
Her breathing became heavy. She felt suffocated inside that house.
Without thinking properly, she grabbed her car keys, got into her car, and drove away in anger and heartbreak.
She was driving so fast that she completely lost control of the car.
And that very accident became the reason she lost her memory.
After hearing the entire story, Kevin's eyes filled with tears. It felt as if he could personally feel Sara's pain inside his own heart — the betrayal, the humiliation, the heartbreak she had silently endured.
And deep inside, Kevin realized something else too-
Maybe Sara's suffering had still not ended.
