—Day 3
The sun just rose yet everyone—well mostly everyone was asleep , there were no alarms waking anybody up , many were used to the comfort of technology , well except 2 figures who were already stretching and loosening their bodies.
And for those asking , not much really happened in the Day 2 as all they did were find some coconuts while also reinforcing the make-shift Shelter

I woke up , while I had no watch nor any devices to check the time , my internal clock told me I had slept for 8 hours. It was something I've never done before , ever since I became that Anaconda-Demihuman , the most I had to sleep for was 4-6 hours.
After that , my body would scream , telling me to not be lazy and do something most of the time the gym or home exercising. It was a funny experience , waking up as a girl with decently big assets , a muscular long ass tail and a buttload of muscle.
I remember lifting 2200kg when I forced myself—I couldn't even do 50kg as a human , though the tail did give me some inconveniences like being unable to do any exercises that needed me to press my back and butt simultaneously
Well the tail was useful , it acted like a third arm , but the amount of calories I had to consume? Definitely far more than it used to , normally I'd consume about 3000-4000 calories daily which got me fat.
However, ever since I turned to this calorie hungry body , 3000-4000 calories was nothing , I'd still be starving , it was nice , I could eat a lot of things and I wouldn't feel bloated—But… my money was draining like crazy
"Oh you're awake?" Kiana asked , still in Phainon's form or Kevin? I don't know, I never really got into Honkai Impact 3rd's lore , but in a way it was funny , he used to joke about making a gender-bending drug and poof the both of us turned to girls , well currently male again though.
"Yeah. Can't believe I don't feel hungry yet" I continued , yesterday I only ate a few fish which would never be enough normally , but being in the body of a human makes it slightly more bearable.
"Wanna explore the place?" It wasn't exactly a bad suggestion , the 4 of them were also still asleep after all , also Jesus Joseph's snoring like the world might be ending soon…

"This feels weird" Kiana muttered softly under his breath , he was obviously annoyed , for me? It felt quite normal , perhaps the experience of the body I turned to was still here , the one that was part of a special force. I was also a member of Task Force X here , so that must've helped.
"The branches annoying you?"
"Yeah…" Kiana muttered , thinking from his perspective this must've been the first in a very long time since he acted like a 'Human', it was something he'd never do normally as well he used to hate doing things like this.

The sound of branching being shrugged could be heard as we continued moving into the forest while also scavenging for food.
"Would they be fine though?" I asked with worry , after all those 4 weren't exactly the best at surviving , I had the memories and experience from this body and as a member of Task Force X , and Kiana—? Bruh he's a pillar he won't have any trouble from learning probably?
"Eh I mean we placed some coconuts in case they got hungry right?" Kiana as
"Ehhhh… Probably , wait, do they even know how to open it?"
"Shit."
—4 hours after Kiana and Rey went out searching in the forest…
"Hoaaaahhhhhhm" the sign of some people waking up could be heard. It was Robert waking up peacefully , with no possibilities or visions warning him of his impending doom nor waking up before his death.
It was a nice change of pace , Robert thought to himself , while he never really changed physically , he was still an ordinary human physically just with a little addition. A fragment of 'Return by Death' an ability Natsuki Subaru from Re : Zero holds
Anime watchers know the pain and suffering Natsuki Subaru had to go through , the countless deaths and loneliness from being unable to tell anything , luckily or unluckily for Robert he had no such suffering.
Well slightly? In his entire life after 'The Change' he could see every possible death thus avoiding each route never dying , others called him 'lucky' or perhaps even a 'seer' that could not be blocked.
Of course , it was beneficial for him to hide this fact , as he became a detective that had a solving rate of 100% even when the worst were to come he had the backing of many powerful figures.
The Pillar of Conclusion , Angel of Imagination or his currently more famous nickname the Omniscient Ray Grisha , a high ranking member of Task Force X also a global player in the famous game When Fiction Bleeds , and 2 rather famous streamers in this day and age.
of course that was in the past , now he does it as a side gig only whenever boredom hits him. Becoming a rather famous and mysterious person known as Mr. R , many people call him the real life Sherlock Holmes , kinda funny considering there exist many geniuses
His fame however has reached a point where people from Herta's Society and the Coalition of Remnants would come to ask for his services. Of course that was in the past , they go by different names now.
There were some rather unsavory people threatening him but they were often times swiftly dealt with by the countless backings he'd rack over the time and even than , powerful small factions like 'The Family' and 'Aurelion's Party' to name a few would vouch for him so yeah only a dumbass would try to fight him.
"Holy fuck this sucks..." Cursing under his breath Joseph muttered as he had finally woken up , the roughness of the leaves and the sand irritating his skin was very different from his usually soft bed
Even in the far future a bed is still something every living being enjoys , the softness it provides is truly irreplaceable for most and right now they were stripped of such comfort.
"Why did we do this again?" He whined for the who knows how many times as he shook his head out of annoyance and agony
"Bro, think about the views we'd get doing this shit" Francis replied , people doing these 'survival' shows are quite rare after all , and even if they did it was often in a simulated world or with some modern commodities.
"We could call this… Island survival with the boys , Besides think of it this way , our fucking friend group's filled with big shot" Francis added trying to convince Joseph that this was a good idea
"Hmmm…" "When you put it that way…" Murmured Joseph , Reynold was a famous global player in When Fiction Bleeds user name Viper , Ray was known by many as the Angel of Imagination or the Omniscient Ray Grisha.
Robert was after all Mr R and Kiana was the Pillar of Conclusion , well nobody knew that and obviously they'd blur out their faces along with their voices to prevent anyone from noticing it is their privacy after all.
"Well we should only do that for Kiana and Robert , Ray and Reynold are famous already so it's unnecessary." Francis continuing to convince Joseph
"True… what do you guys think?" Joseph once again asking the 2 other bigshots
"I don't care…" Ray said his voice was tired , it must've been quite rough for the guy , considering how he's so used to envisioning things and now he's gotta do it like a normal person , it's like you cut a bird's wing and expect it to be fine.
"Gotta keep my face hidden bro , that way everyone would keep on thinking I'm a mysterious handsome person , I don't wanna be like Dream" Robert replied in a playful manner
"Dream?" Francis seemingly confused of that person , as a famous streamer himself there were many other streamers he knows off and for some reason the name Dream doesn't ring a bell
"He was a famous minecraft streamer before 'The Change' and Ttube ? I don't really remember… haven't had time to check Ttube in a while" Ray added , even when tired and dead his brain still does its work.
"Also where the hell is Kiana and Rey?" This time it was Robert's turn to be confused.
"What-?" All 4 of them muttered at the same time not realizing their 2 friends were missing.

"Shit." Kiana muttered , the 2 of us had forgotten that at least physically and without powers , they're just ordinary humans who aren't exactly physically fit.
"Ehhhhhh… they'll be fine… Probably?" Kiana said with a wry smile well in the worst case scenario they'd just be at the brink of death? After all, everyone's immortal in this day and age unless killed artificially.

Even as we talked we kept on moving forward while also grabbing some of the wild plants that seemed edible
"Uhhh you sure they're edible? Our bodies are currently just that of a normal human and yes I can revert it but what's the fun of that?"
"My instincts are telling me it's safe" I replied to Kiana's worried question
"Snake instincts or Human instincts? Those are 2 different things…"
"Human—Probably Yeah Human trust me" trying my best to reassure Kiana , he then went silent before moving again pushing the leaves away from his face as we continued to explore this tiny forest.

"WE GOT ABANDONEDDDD—OW MY EYES" Joseph screamed as loud as he could he then curled into a ball before rolling into the sand thus causing his eyes to be filled with sand.
"We're gonna get fuck by—[Warning the words have been censored due the the pure profanity it has that the author has decided that he doesn't wanna die today]" the words leaving out of Francis's mouth was just a little too insane.
"I'm hungry…" muttered Ray as he looked around and spotted—Coconuts!!!
Well 5 of them to be exact , they'd definitely be good enough to suppress their growing hunger but…
"How do you open this thing without tools?" Joseph's words were sane considering how insane he was acting the entire time but then again , How do they open this thing?

"Is that…" I couldn't believe my eyes , it was a prehistoric animal native to earth even before 'The Change'
"Caiman." Kiana muttered , his biology ahh brain working as usual even after everything happened he was quite the biology enthusiast even before 'The Change' after all.
It was quite a small Caiman , not as big as those adult ones meaning… Not as danngerous—As I look at Kiana still in his Phainon form as I look at him , oh—We were thinking the same thing now ain't we.
"Dinner."
