It contained scar-support medication Elara had not received and concrete dust from a ministry floor nobody had opened. White-cell damage suggested the blood had crossed at least four clock resets.
The sample could describe a possible route. It could not authorize treatment for an injury Elara did not have.
Iseul sealed half for evidence and let Elara decide the rest.
"Destroy it," Elara said.
The medicine keeper burned that half in a separate lamp. Room Nine recorded destruction of attendee material and tried to add evidence obstruction. Rina attached Elara's current ownership of the sample and kept the objection open.
