In just two seconds, they had completely reversed a situation that had seemed hopeless. This massive shift came completely out of nowhere, leaving Xia Jun and his two companions with twisted, furious expressions as they glared at Lan Wanxi, wishing they could kill her on the spot!
"What are you looking at? Think you're the only ones with superpowers? Think the three of you are invincible together? Hmph! Even the strongest superpowers are no match for my Hypnosis Technique!" Lan Wanxi said with a laugh, her words making their eyes turn green with rage.
Kuang Gang gritted his teeth and growled, "Kill that bitch! She's too damn arrogant, not even respecting us. Despicable!"
"Zhou Haofei, use your mental powers to restrain her. If we can stop her from using her abilities, we won't have to fear her!" Xia Jun ordered.
Zhou Haofei had already prepared to attack Lan Wanxi, but Su Ming wouldn't let him. With a flash of movement, he activated his terrifying four-fold acceleration, boosting his agility to four times the normal speed. A single punch sent Zhou Haofei flying, crashing through the room's main door. Zhou Haofei coughed up several mouthfuls of blood, nearly incapacitated.
"Damn it..." Xia Jun's face turned furious. He lunged at Lan Wanxi, his fourfold energy surge unleashing a devastating blow toward her head.
Kuang Gang, who had activated the Hiding Technique, attacked simultaneously, his sinister laughter echoing as he confidently anticipated Lan Wanxi's capture. With her taken down, he could return to eliminate Su Ming. That earlier knife wound from Su Ming—which he'd only survived thanks to his belt—had still managed to inflict some damage.
Facing the dual assault, Lan Wanxi curled her lip. With a provocative twist of her hips and a sway of her rear, she unleashed the Hypnosis Technique. The two enemies instantly lost control, falling under its spell for two seconds.
"Heh heh heh, I told you it was useless. You two just had to come." Lan Wanxi grinned triumphantly, turning to Su Ming. "Quick, come and finish them off! Keep them away from me—I can't resist for even a second!"
*Whoosh...*
Su Ming materialized behind the pair, unleashing a flurry of rapid strikes. He didn't even need the full two seconds of his enhanced burst. In moments, he had sent teeth flying, left them with bruised and swollen faces, and bloodied their heads. Terrified, they scrambled to the door, glaring venomously at Su Ming and Lan Wanxi.
"Damn it, I can't accept this. We lost to those two," Xia Jun said, his face burning with cold fury as he touched his cheek.
They felt utterly humiliated. Three of them had failed to take down one opponent quickly, only to be beaten back by Su Ming and his companion. If this got out, their reputation at school would plummet, while Su Ming's would skyrocket.
"Don't be impulsive! Their teamwork is flawless right now; we can't find an opening. Let's just call it a night! If we keep fighting, we'll only lose more," Zhou Haofei said, maintaining his composure. What choice did the others have? They could only nod in agreement, gritting their teeth. They wouldn't let this go; they'd be back for revenge soon enough.
"What's wrong? Are you scared? Heh, weren't you so tough just now? So this is what school bullies are like—all bluster when they're picking on someone, but just like stray dogs when they're the ones getting beaten," Lan Wanxi taunted. Su Ming felt a surge of satisfaction. The beautiful girl was too good at this; those three must be seething.
Su Ming glanced at them indifferently. He had been badly beaten that night; fighting three opponents alone had been hopeless. His combat experience was too poor. If not for Lan Wanxi's help, he would have been thoroughly humiliated. Su Ming didn't want to lose face, though. Ever since he learned about other supers, he'd expected to encounter stronger opponents than himself.
"Hmph, let's go," Zhou Haofei said, clutching his left arm as he stood up. He glared at Su Ming and snarled, "Kid, you'll regret this! I'll get my revenge soon. You won't have a moment's peace from now on!"
"I'll be waiting," Su Ming replied calmly. The matter had escalated this far; there was no need for civility.
The trio left the Baihua Association in disgrace and resentment, followed by their revived subordinates. Outside, Xia Jun nearly flew into a rage. "Those bastards! We can't let him get away with this! With his status, he not only gets close to four of the campus beauties but also humiliates us! We'll make him pay double!"

Inside the Baihua Association, Su Ming watched Li Yuling and the others wake up. He explained Lan Wanxi's Hypnosis Technique. The sisters listened, their faces a mixture of astonishment and envy. Li Liya grumbled, "Sister Wanxi, you're such a meanie! Hiding your superpower from us? Hmph, should we punish her, everyone?"
"Exactly! Wanxi, you're such a fake sister! After all the trust we placed in you, you kept this ability from us. It's not like it's some shameful secret! Sisters, let's punish her!" Yuan Peipei added angrily.
"Oh, why are you all ganging up on me?" Lan Wanxi said, putting on a wronged expression. "How could I tell you if you didn't ask? Anyone who doesn't know about superpowers would think you're crazy if you told them. I didn't want you to think I was crazy..."
"Hehe! That's true!" Li Lili nodded in agreement.
Li Yuling tapped her on the shoulder. "Lili, don't interrupt! We haven't punished her yet! But even so, we sisters have always trusted each other. So this time, we definitely have to punish her."
