Xiao Shen hurried over to the restaurant in less than five minutes. Coming in, he was relieved to see that Tian Hua was still there.
"Fuu..." He breathed out a sigh of relief.
He really feared that someone who wanted to get back at him for something would decide to harm Tian Hua!
"Shen-ge!" Tian Hua's face instantly brightened up upon seeing him.
For a second there I had begun to think that he abandoned me..
She thought to herself.
"Sorry I took long, Hua-jie." Xiao Shen said as he shook his head a d sat down.
"Mmn." Tian Hua nodded her head. Then, she squinted cutely behind her big round glasses and puffed up her cheeks. "Shen-ge... You don't hate me, right?"
"...." Xiao Shen.
Tian Hua, what kind of question is that, out of the blue?!
He chuckled dryly and shook his head again. "Nonsense! How could I hate my Hua-jie?"
"Shen-ge doesn't have a girlfriend, right?" Tian Hua asked with a light smile.
