"Kill myself? That's insane." I looked around with a stifled laugh, my breath becoming heavier and it was harder to look her in the eyes. "Of course not"
"Then why did you jerk when you couldn't…" she paused and looked beyond me, her eyes fixed on the road. "Are you okay?" She asked.
"Of course, I am." I lied and for the first time, guilt pierced through my heart almost causing me to wince in pain. "Everything is fine. I have never been better."
Blossom didn't say anything for a while. She kept her attention fixed at me while I tried to avoid her gaze by every means it took. Then she let out a sigh and took my left palm.
"What am I talking about, of course you are fine. I'm sorry if I made you feel weird." She said,
"No, no need to apologize. You were just worried about me, it's what friends do, don't they?" I smiled.
"Yes, Elara. So you should know if anything is going on you can tell me. I won't mind, I'll listen okay,"
