Sensing Flora's approach, the second to appear was the Golden Crow, a little creature that resembled a crow. Flora hadn't seen it in over a week, and it seemed to have grown a bit. It flew over, once again trying to nestle into her hair, only to find it had grown several sizes larger. It was now half the size of Flora's head and couldn't possibly fit.
So, it perched on top of Flora's head.
