A small fan was mounted on the passenger side, and the car's air conditioning was on.
Even though it was night, the temperature outside was fifty to sixty degrees Celsius.
But inside Stella Sterling's car, it was cool and comfortable.
She watched the scenery flash by, humming an unknown song.
Because it was nighttime, the road conditions weren't very clear.
Plus, the road was difficult to navigate, so Stella Sterling drove very slowly.
She had been driving for over a day since leaving Mount Caeluna. Based on the surrounding terrain, however, she judged that she was still within the borders of Mirefall and hadn't crossed into another region.
