"[Dear players, another event phase has concluded! Have you not had your fill of fun yet?
"[Haha! Even if you haven't, you must wait quietly for the next event to begin.
"[Will it be a long wait or a short one? Let's look forward to it!]"
When the announcement signaling the end of the event rang out, Faye Yardley's heart did not settle; instead, she grew even more anxious.
RING RING RING!
Faye answered the call with a smile. "Ethan, seeing that you're safe and sound puts my mind at ease."
"Yeah, seeing you makes me feel relieved, too. The rest of us made it back earlier, but we just kept waiting for you to show up. You're absolutely wild, you know that? To think you actually played through every single mini-game. Were they that fun?" Ethan Yardley still felt a lingering sense of dread when he recalled the mini-games he had played. The items he got from the chests were useful, but not incredibly so.
