September 1st. High temperatures, calm winds and waves.
The Random Encounter event started precisely at 8:00 a.m., and the leaderboards were promptly updated. Faye Yardley still firmly held the number one spot on both lists.
Unlike Faye, who had retreated to her island early in the morning to handle matters, Logan Langdon, Jay Jonas, and the others had returned to their rafts early, hoping to encounter Master Gideon and his disciples. After all, he was a master weapon forger, and one could never have too many good weapons.
Ethan Yardley realized his Constitution was truly becoming increasingly extraordinary. The current scorching heat actually felt like the perfect temperature to him.
