The copper coin rolled to the corner of the wall, bounced off, spun a few times, then settled back into the corner and finally came to a stop.
Faye Yardley picked up the copper coin and knocked on the wall. 'It doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary.'
'The path to survival is here, but how are we supposed to get through?'
BOOM! A large section of the ceiling on the second basement level, near the entrance, collapsed.
Heavy concrete and rebar snapped, revealing a jagged maw.
"Yardley, what are you doing?"
Faye Yardley frowned slightly. "Mr. Pierce, could each of you try hitting this wall? The system pointed to this as the way out. We should probably trust it."
The other four had a great deal of faith in her uncanny luck.
However, Gavin Donovan said, "The zombies are here. I'll go up front and hold them off. Mr. Ford, bring the car over to block them."
Finn Ford slapped his forehead. "I'll find a car and ram it straight into the wall."
